2 MISSION STATEMENT Our mission is to assist in protecting and conserving the surrounding environment for future generations by working close with our clients. We intend to provide the best possible service to our clients while encouraging environmental solutions in all aspects and maintaining a sound relationship based on mutual respect. O U R C O M P A N Y WHAT DO WE SPECIALISE IN Our services involve identifying environmental impacts that a particular project might have and advise the client on mitigation measures. We also recognize the social impacts and participate in community meeting where independently facilitate the views of the affected community. Whilst development is of great need in the growing South Africa, it is however imperative that both growth and development are sustainable both socially and economically.

4 The social part of it includes environmental sustainability. The above services are included when compiling the Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Basic Assessment Report (BAR), attaining of Waste license and Environmental Management Programme (EMPr) for environmental authorization through the Department of Agriculture, Environmental Affairs and Rural Development for listed activities under. As a duty of care during construction we provide environmental control services which entails monitoring of compliance and environmental auditing as per the approved environmental authorisation of that project. We compile and monitor Environmental Management Programs for projects that do not fall under the listed activities requirement of Section 24 of NEMA 108 of 1998.

5 In the past three (3) years we have successfully continued to secure through the KZN Department of Agriculture, Environmental Affairs and Rural Development, environmental authorisation for vast number of projects with a list of some of them in Annexure A. We also conduct Health and Safety Audits and consultation which entail compiling safety files and management during construction phase with experienced Health and Safety Consultants who continue to prune their skills by undergoing constant training so as to up to date with the latest developments in the field. This allows us to provide top quality services to our clients at all times. Msikazi Access Bridge: Basic Assessment and EMP O U R S E R V I C E S MANAGEMENT TEAM Miss Nqoko is involved in management and day-to-day running of the business.

6 She is responsible for the vision and strategic decisions of the business and all the activities of the business. With a Bsc Environmental Science and as a qualified Safety Representative she also compiles safety reports and manages the safety aspects during construction phase. TEAM MEMBERS Nzingwe Consultancy has two other employees: Lungelo Ncwane holds a BSc Engineering (Mechanical) joined the company in February 2009 as an Environmental Consultant. He undertakes compilation of Basic Assessment Reports (BAR) as well as Environmental Management Programme Reports (EMPr). As a senior consultant is the project manager for all the projects that Nzingwe Consultancy is currently engaged in.

7 Andile Dube holds a BSc Environmental Management and Development and joined the company in July 2011 as an Environmental and Safety Assessment Practitioner with two years experience in environmental and safety consulting. He undertakes both environmental and safety audits for vast number of projects that the company is involved in. Andile has also been exposed into drafting and compilation of BAR s and EMPr s prior to them being finalised by the senior consultants.
