ENTRY FEES: Adult $ per entry incl GST Paper Craft $ per entry incl GST Junior $ per entry incl GST 2. All exhibits must be the artist s own work, produced outside of a classroom/workshop. The entered piece must not have previously won prizes in the Pine RIVERS Show. Entries must be painted/made in the last 18 months. 3. The Chief Steward reserves the right to declare a non-competition in any class in which there are less than 3 entries. 4. A commission of 25% will be retained on all sales.

All care will be taken with the Exhibits, but the society will not be responsible for loss or damage to the Exhibits. 6. The association reserves the right to reproduce any entry for publicity, in any media form for the duration of the show. 7. Please retain you receipt for entry fees. You must produce this as proof of ownership of items when collecting entries at the closure of the show. 8. Every individual item must be listed on the entry form. 9. Items for sale must have a price tag attached, showing the name or cost (first three letters of surname) and price. Those not for sale must be marked clearly NFS.

10 10. Any nominated prize money may be substituted with a voucher or goods. The Chief Steward has the final determination on all pieces submitted for display. Classes - Painting Conditions- All Classes All pictures and paintings are to be correctly marked (class, title, artist s name and sale price). Works must be suitably framed and ready for hanging with strong wire, flush not protruding, or other professional methods. If not for sale, exhibit needs to be marked NFS.
