2 1) 7 % Nominator award fees to be withheld by AQHA for further disbursements 2) All Horses must be parentage verified & tattooed. 3) All Owners & Trainers must be properly licensed by the Idaho Racing Commission. 4) In the event of more than 10 entries a consolation race may be drawn at the discretion of the racing secretary. 5) The undersigned will hold Pocatello Downs & Bannock County Event Center harmless against any cost, attorney fees, loss or damage at any time for any reason. 6) Should the gates fail to open for a horse during the running of the stakes, the horse shall be declared a non-starter and no liability will be incurred beyond the return of all payments that have been paid on that horse.

7 2) All Horses must be parentage verified & Tattooed. 3) Any Payment may be doubled up until the time of entry of the trials. 4) The top 10 horses shall be selected on a time basis. If less than 10 horses enter trials, only a final will be run. Should a horse be disqualified in the trials, they shall be given the time of the horse they are placed behind plus .01 second. Stewards Decision will be final. 5) Purse Distribution 40% 20% 10% 8% 6% 5% 4% 3% 2% 2% Subject to redistribution, if less than 10 entries into the finals 6) All owners & Trainers must be properly licensed by the Idaho Racing Commission.
