(956) 831-7818 / Fax (956) 831-7810 Tel (314) 644-1000 / Fax (314) 644-4617 GENERAL PROPERTIESPOLIBRID 670-S is an ultra-high solids, two compo-nent, organo-silane modified, amido-amine epoxyprimer designed specifically for applications of Polibridsolventless elastomeric polyurethane coatings and lin-ings to concrete 670-S utilizes the most advanced techno-logy in moisture-tolerant, flexible epoxy resins, pro-ducing tenacious adhesion to the substrate whilecreating a strong chemical bond to the Polibrid elasto-mers.

2 Its superior moisture tolerance serves as abarrier to substrate moisture that allows application ofthe Polibrid elastomeric polyurethane coating andlining materials over dry or damp concrete 670-S is topcoated with the Polibridelastomers after it sets up firm, but while still in a tackycondition, using wet-to-wet application techniquesthat enhance adhesion and increase 670-S does not contain tars, lead, zinc orchromates and complies with all known VOC USESR ecommended for application to concrete for damp surfaces such as those found inpump stations, manholes, cooling tower basins,secondary containment installations and other below-grade or at-grade 670-S is not recommended for applicationto wet surfaces.

7 Decontaminate per ASTMD-4258. Abrasive blast clean per ASTM D-4259 to removelaitance, loose concrete, and existing coatings, and toproduce surface profile resembling coarse alone or acid etching are not all leaks as directed by Engineer and eliminatestanding water. If necessary, resurface with high-strength,rapid-curing, zero-shrinkage resurfacing product, beforeprimer application. Concrete must be free of dust andcontaminants prior to primer optimum results, topcoat Polibrid 670-S before it driesto the touch. Primer must be free of dust, moisture, con-densation and contaminants before primer dries hard to the touch before topcoating,application of an additional coat of Polibrid 670-S primer AND FOLLOW ALL CAUTION STATEMENTS ONTECHNICAL data Sheet AND CORRESPONDINGMATERIAL SAFETY data & SAFETY: Use with properly fitted organicvapor respirators and adequate ventilation.

8 Avoid breathingvapor or mist. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Liquidcoating may cause skin sensitization. Do not allowcontaminated clothing to contact skin. Follow precautions inCFR Title 29 (OSHA) and all other pertinent health andsafety standards. Comply with all Local, State and Federalenvironmental SPACES: Provide forced air ventilation. Re-quire workers to use carbon monoxide filtered, breathingair-line respirators. Comply with all OSHA regulationsregarding work in confined spaces!FIRST AID: SKIN CONTACT: Wash with plenty of soapand water. EYE CONTACT: Immediately flush with plentyof fresh water for at least fifteen (15) minutes and getspecialized medical attention promptly. INHALATION:Remove to fresh air and provide oxygen.
