1 Allstone Quarries Pty Ltd Sales Loader Operator/Truck Driver Position Description Position title: Sales Loader Operator/Truck Driver Business group: Allstone Quarries Department: ASQ Garden and Landscape Reports to: Site Manager Garden and Landscape Supervises: n/a ASQ Garden & Landscape is an integral division within the ASQ group, providing a professional network of retail and trade outlets. We distribute many of our own products and complement this with other quality garden and landscape products, to provide an extensive range for our customers. Our Garden & Landscape sites are presented and maintained to the highest industry standard and operate under professional, qualified staff who deliver expert advice, knowledge and services. Position summary The Sales Loader Operator/Truck Driver is responsible for the provision of exceptional customer service in the loading, unloading and delivery of product, ensuring safe work practices at all times.

2 The Sales Loader Operator/Truck Driver is also responsible for maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the Sales Loader and Delivery Truck. Essential duties and responsibilities Ensure safety procedures are followed in all work areas Communicate and consider fellow employees and contractors to ensure a safe and productive work environment Daily prestart checklist on plant and equipment prior to commencement of work Grease and refuel machine daily Ensure all communication from Nursery/Yard Staff and Site Managers are understood and followed Provide exemplary customer service and appropriate advice Maintain product bins and notify Site Manager of discrepancies with product being loaded/delivered Ensure all required documentation is complete and forwarded at appropriate times Collection of money from customers on delivery and returned to yard office Perform dust

3 Suppression duties by operating the water truck as required Perform yard tasks such as weeding, rubbish removal and general maintenance Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the Company/elsewhere, subject to Company approval Be proactive in bringing new ideas to management Be committed to ASQ visions Attend tool box meetings Ensure compliance with ASQ Company Policy and Procedures Other duties as assigned Required knowledge, skills and abilities Excellent communication Positive and confident customer interaction Honesty and Integrity Ability to follow and carry out assigned tasks Be a team player Allstone Quarries Pty Ltd Sales Loader Operator/Truck Driver Think Safely Strong work ethic Ability to work weekends as required Required education, certifications and experience Heavy Rigid Truck Licence Sales Loader Licence/Experience Experience in Quarry, Construction or Mining Industry Work safely.
