6 Detection and information technology as appropriate in the performance of the selection criteria Qualifications and relative experience Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or willing to undertake same. Experience providing services to people living with dementia. Experience working with and supporting volunteers. Contemporary generalist aged care knowledge and Demonstrated experience delivering a range of Leisure and Lifestyle activities. Ability to adapt and respond to residents needs.

7 Demonstrated competence in delivering services that ensures residents are safe. Good written and verbal communication skills including computer skills. Ability to complete assessments, care plans and reviews within designated time frames. Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
