2 I will never be successful. I have failed at every weigh loss program I have tried. I will never look like my sister or be a pretty or as thin as she is. I cannot envision myself at my ideal weight because I have been overweight for so long and have so much weight to release. None of this is true, but it will continue be true for us if we keep saying it over and over again. You need to break the trance of negative self talk. Pay attention to what you are thinking and saying. Anytime you find yourself indulging in any negative SELF-TALK concerning your weight or your ability to reach your ideal weight, STOP it or INTERRUPT it right there.

3 This is the time to change it. Not five minutes, an hour or several hours later. Do it right then and there because negative SELF-TALK is signal that your Conscious desire and Subconscious intentions are not in alignment. Whenever you INTERRUPT a negative SELF-TALK pattern you must replace it with a thought pattern that is in alignment with your intention. I call this a FLIP SWITCH . You are flipping the switch to bring your Conscious and Subconscious back into alignment. What you are doing is getting back to a state of ZERO RESISTANCE. This is where your power lies.

4 When your Conscious and Subconscious are in alignment nothing can stop you from achieving your goals. Here are some powerful POSITIVE SELF-TALK STATEMENTS you can use that will help you to align your Conscious desire and your Subconscious intention, release the excess weight that has been holding you back, and reach your ideal weight. I am releasing my excess weight more and more each day and it feels great. I feed myself with healthy foods and POSITIVE thoughts, I give thanks each day for what is RIGHT in my life It is okay to release the weight I no longer need it for any reason Each day I am getting closer to my ideal weight.

5 I create my ideal body with my thoughts and actions A craving is just a thought. Like all thoughts I create it, I control it and I can change it. I forgive myself for judging myself as not good enough I don t need to be perfect because there is no way to be perfect so I let it go and just do my best. I focus on daily POSITIVE results, not perfection. I judge my progress not on where I want to go but how much progress I have made so far. As I become slender and attractive my confidence builds each day. I am protected from any harm by anyone because I no longer let other people s opinions control my life or how I feel about myself.

6 It is up to me to create my ideal body and I am doing it! I move my body each day for at least 15-45 minutes and enjoy every minute. Moving my body allows me to participate in more physical actives that have been impossible in the past. I really enjoy this. These are just a few examples but I am sure you can come up with you own as well. You must take control of your thoughts. You only have two choices: either you control your mind or your mind will control you. Be the rider not the horse! If you feed your mind with thoughts that move you toward what you want, you will definitely get there!
