5 The Battery s averageoperating temperature should be maintained between 650F - 770F. The dischargecapacity of a Battery is directly related to its temperature. All PRC & TC Seriesbatteries are rated at 100% capacity at 7700F. FLOAT CHARGE VOLTAGE - The PRC & TC Series are designed to be float chargedbetween - at 770F using a constant potential charger. It is notrecommended to charge the PRC & TC Series with a constant current chargerwithout a limited or fixed voltage. For temperatures above or below 770 Fcompensate the float voltage by a coefficient of per F0. RIPPLE Recommended AC ripple voltage from the charger should be no morethan peak to peak continuous ripple of the - float voltage RMS. TEMPERATURE Heat is the worst enemy of any Battery . The Battery saverage operating temperature should be maintained between 65 F - 77 F.
