Because of these varying factors, Towing Procedures will need to be demonstrated several times using varying aircraft. The PRACTICAL portion for Towing will include aircraft that are typically representative of your FBO s flight line, including both based and transient aircraft. Please choose your most challenging aircraft representing one reciprocating-engine aircraft, two turboprop aircraft and three jet engine examples.

2 If you do not service all of these different types of aircraft, please indicate on the paperwork that this is not applicable to your operation with your signature. Towing Procedures should include the following scenarios in each of the categories: q Tow the aircraft from one parking spot to another demonstrating the technique of Towing on the ramp and around other aircraft. q Tow the aircraft into a hangar and demonstrate stacking Procedures as well as wing walker coordination. q Tow the aircraft on a long distance Towing procedure that includes preplanning and coordination.
