Ministry Of Rural Development Government Of India Awaas Mobile Application-User Manual Pre-Requisites Home Screen for Awaas App The home screen will have login and accessibility options. Login Options will have: Inspection Login. Beneficiary Login. Accessibility options will have: FTO Tracking. Houses Near Me. Search Beneficiary. 2. Pre-Requisites Home Screen for Awaas App Home Screen: The screen when swiped towards right, it will show the following options. Reach us anytime: In case their is any information required then please mail us on the email id mentioned. 3. Inspection Login Pre-Requisites Login Screen: The login will have to insert credentials which are: Username, Password The password could be saved (Save Password) for the future login, to make it hassle free along which you can also view your password (Show Password)before you login.

2 Reset The fields are cleared for Username and Password. Login The inspector would be able to login after credentials authorization process. 4. Pre-Requisites Inspection Login Permissions. The Inspector will have three options: Online Inspection, Offline Inspection, In case of no internet connectivity, user can use the Offline Inspection as it is for inspection of houses to capture image and sync it later when internet available. Upload Offline Data. 5. Pre-Requisites Online Inspection. Manual Input: The online inspection will take input manual of the following: Financial Year, Scheme, Village, Panchayat. OR. Scan QR code-:For direct inspection of the beneficiary.

3 6. Pre-Requisites Online Inspection List View of Beneficiary: The list will appear which is mapped in the panchayat. The beneficiary could be searched easily with registration id or by his/her name. Note: To upload the photographs the inspector has to tap on the beneficiary in the list, the next window will show the upload procedure. Location The location of beneficiary's house site can be viewed when you tap on the graphic shown in front of the beneficiary id. 7. Pre-Requisites Online Inspection The photo can be uploaded at different levels, after taping the upload button. 8. Pre-Requisites Online Inspection. While uploading the photo the screen will appear as shown which will let you Add remark about the photo.

4 Deviation: If the deviation exceeds the permissible deviation then an error message will be flashed, where the permissible deviation is (old accuracy)+(new accuracy). 9. Pre-Requisites Online Inspection. Accuracy: It should be less than 25. metres, and defines how accurately the latitude and longitude have been measured. The error message will be flashed as shown. 10. Pre-Requisites Questionnaire The set of questions as shown will appear after every level of Inspection, which will have two options: Save Offline, Upload. 11. Pre-Requisites Offline Inspection. Data Sync in Offline Mode: Data has to be sync first, one by one then the inspector can inspect in Offline mode and save it which could be uploaded later when the inspector has the internet connectivity.

5 12. Pre-Requisites Offline Inspection. The financial year has to be sync in a similar way. 13. Pre-Requisites Offline Inspection The offline inspection will have a questionnaire according to the level inspected which will have an option to Save offline, which could be syn later. 14. Upload Offline Data Pre-Requisites The Offline data could be uploaded later, which will have a screen as shown. Functionality: Delete Record, Upload Record. 15. Pre-Requisites Beneficiary Login The beneficiary can login with any one of the credentials as shown, it is an OTP based login. The number mapped with the registration id will receive an OTP which will be required for the login.

Pre-Requisites Beneficiary Login OTP Validity Time: The beneficiary login will have a screen as shown which will require the OTP which will be expired in 10 minutes from generated. 17. Pre-Requisites FTO Tracking FTO Tracker: The FTO details of the beneficiaries could be viewed with any one Input details: FTO Number Or PFMS ID. 18. Pre-Requisites FTO Tracking Details. FTO Tracking Status: The details are shown at each level from the FTO is been sent to PFMS. till the beneficiary has received the installment along with the date at each level. Payment Details of Beneficiary: Details of each beneficiary in FTO.

7 Could be seen on the tap of the arrow in front of the FTO number and PFMS ID. (shown in next slide). 19. Pre-Requisites FTO Tracking Beneficiary details of each beneficiary along with their unique registration id can be viewed in from the FTO tracker. The crucial details of the beneficiary are encrypted for any glitch. 20. Pre-Requisites Search Beneficiary The Search Beneficiary will require the input of Registration ID of the Beneficiary. The Scan QR will require the camera access for scanning the QR. which will give the details of the beneficiary. 21. Details of the Beneficiary Pre-Requisites The details of the beneficiary will be sectioned in three columns: Personal The details of the beneficiary are mentioned in the screen will appear as shown.

8 Physical Financial 22. Pre-Requisites Details of the Beneficiary (Physical). Physical: Beneficiary details of the photo upload along with the verified/not verified details would be highlighted. Verified: The details of the verified photo could be viewed shown when click on the verified button. (Shown in next slide). 23. Physical Details (Verified Option). Pre-Requisites The photo verified details along with its physical details are been shown to maintain the transparency and authenticity. Important Aspects: Latitude. Longitude. Inspection level. 24. Details of the Beneficiary (Financial). Pre-Requisites Financial Beneficiary Details will have: Order Sheet Detail.

9 Details of each order sheet created. Financial Detail. Each installment detail will be provided. 25. Pre-Requisites House Near me The houses details could be fetched for Pmay-G scheme in two ways: Manually Input details could provided: Select State. Select District. Select Block. Or Current Location The houses with the current location of the device at present could be fetched. 26. Pre-Requisites House Near me After details are fetched the houses near the device could be viewed in two ways: MAP VIEW. The houses fetched in the location will be highlighted with the symbol as shown. LIST VIEW. 27. Pre-Requisites House Near Me List View The list view will give the entire list of beneficiaries around along with the location which could be seen on map.
