2 Missing PaymentsCancellation Rights Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 your right to cancel this Agreement starts the moment you sign it and ends 14days from the day you receive your goods. You may cancel this Agreement within that period by giving written notice to us. Anygoods received must not be used and must be kept safe. The return of any received goods will be entirely at your own cost andrisk. If you cancel this Agreement , then any salary sacrifice deductions already taken by us we will reimbursed at the next dateyour salary is due to be paid (see Clause 12).The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ("FSMA") and the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (the "Act") covers this Agreement andlays down certain requirements for your protection which should have been complied with when this Agreement was made. If theywere not, we may not be able to enforce this Agreement against you without getting a court order. You have the right to make anycomplaints that may arise from this Agreement to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

3 This Agreement is supervised under theauthority of the FSMA and the Act by the Financial Conduct Authority, 25 N Colonnade, London E14 5 HSThe Act also gives you a number of rights. You can end this Agreement at any time by giving us at least one month's written the event of early termination, you will be required to pay us the Early Termination Fee. Where the Hire Period entered into is inexcess of 24 months, you will only be entitled to terminate this Agreement after it has been allowed to run for at least 18 monthswhich may include the period of you would like to know more about your rights under the Act, contact either your local Trading Standards Department or your nearest Citizens' Advice Bureau. 9 Please check with us before signing this Agreement if you have any signing this Agreement you accept a temporary amendment to your contract of employment by making salary sacrifice deductions during the Hire Period(1) You have read and agree to the terms set out above and below;(2) You will use the Goods mainly for the purposes of commuting (see Clause )TERMS & CONDITIONSCYCLE TO WORK SCHEME ( Scheme )We have launched the Scheme to provide our employees with bikes and safety equipment under the Department of Transport's Cycle to Work you wish to be considered for the Scheme, you will need to sign this Hire Agreement and return it to us. Please keep a copy for your goods will be supplied by a bike shop chosen by you. The bike shop will provide goods, customer services and suitable helpline facilities. You agree to use the Goods mainly for the purpose of commuting to work. Mainly is defined as at least 50% of the time you commute to work. Use can be for your whole or part journey to and from your workplace You must use the Goods safely and take adequate steps to protect yourself when doing so ( , helmet, high visibility clothing, etc.)

10 During the hire period the goods will remain our Hire Agreement sets out the terms on which we will provide the goods to you. You have a right to receive a copy of the information we hold about you if you apply to us in DECLARATIONPage may terminate this Hire Agreement , and our obligation to provide you with the use of the goods, if:you fail to observe any provision of this Hire Agreement and fail to rectify that failure within 14 days of us serving a default notice on you; orthere is a change in any legislation, guidance or rule that requires the termination of the will terminate this Hire Agreement before your Hire Period ends if you:resign from your employment with usTERMINATION OF HIRE AGREEMENTKeep the goods at your home address specified in this Hire Agreement and notify us immediately if you intend to keep the goods at another address;Use the goods in accordance with the operating manuals and/or manufacturer s recommendations and at all times with due care and attention.
