South on Route 5 to Route 147 West. Follow Route 147 West for one mile to ShowGrounds and entrance on Left. Use Gate 9 for entrance to show The South - Take I-91 North to Springfield - Exit 3 (sign reads Route 5, Columbus Avenue,Agawam, West Springfield). Follow Route 5 North to Route 147 West. Then as The East or West - Take Mass Pike (I-80) to Exit 4. Follow signs marked Route 5, RiverdaleStreet, West Springfield" Take Route 5 South to Route 147 West, then as States has established their own parking policies. There is a $ per day parking fee. This fee willbe collected on entrance to the show grounds.

4 Your receipt will allow in and out privileges for the day ofpurchase. Gate 2 (far west end of show grounds) is open 24 hours. Gate 9 (east end of show grounds beforeshow building) should be open from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Please note that the shows receive no portionof the parking States offers an annual parking pass at the cost of $ per year/per vehicle. These permit vehicleentrance and parking at any and all shows (except the Big E Fair) all during the year. They should beavailable at either gate entrance and at the Brooks Administration Building (during business hours). If youattend other shows on the grounds, it makes sense to consider the purchase of a sticker. They are good forautomobiles and vans, but not for OR CREDIT ONLY. NO CHECKS HOME PARKINGT here will be space for overnight parking of campers and motor homes. The charges are $ per day for30 amp service and $ a day for 50 amp service and collection of these fees will be administered bythe Eastern States personnel.

5 The club has no involvement in collecting parking fees and receive noportion of those OR CREDIT ONLY. NO CHECKS air conditioners or high amperage appliances may be used due to the type of service provided. If you needto use high amperage applicances (dryers, microwaves, air conditioners, etc) please use your circuits will result in tripped breakers. Restoring power may not be immediate, especially at Home parking will be directed. It is expected that parking regulations will be complied with. No savingof multiple spaces will be permitted. No orange cones (or any other color) will be permitted for Dump Station is provided on the show grounds at no charge. 9 2022 National Owner-Handled SeriesThe AKC Owner/Handled Series is a non-titling competition for dogs that are exhibited by their owners whoare not professional handlers. This series of special competitions will be offered at dog shows across dogs that are owner/handled and are not owned or exhibited by professional handlers' meet therequirements for this competition. Exhibitors must declare their dog is Owner/Handler eligible at the time ofentry using the check box on the entry form. Eligible dogs will be identified by an asterisk in the steward'sbook and the catalog. Dogs must be handled throughout the competition by an eligibleowner. Professional handlers may not exhibit the dog in this Owner Handled Best of Breed will be selected from the dogs that are eligible to compete in the Best ofBreed competition including Winners Dog, Winners Bitch and winners of the non-regular classes.!If the Best of Breed/Variety winner is Owner-Handled competition eligible, it will automatically be OwnerHandled Best of Breed/Variety and be eligible to compete in both the regular as well as the Owner-Handled Group.

10 !If the Best of Breed/Variety winner is Owner-Handled competition ineligible and the Best of Opposite Sexto Best of Breed/Variety will compete against the eligible undefeated exhibits of the owner sex todetermine Owner-Handled Best of Breed/Variety.!If the Best of Breed and Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed/Variety are both ineligible and Select Dogand Select Bitch are both eligible, the judge is to choose Best Owner-Handled exhibit from the Selectsand eligible Winners Dog or Winners Bitch.!If one of the Selects is eligible, excuse all dogs of the same sex and then choose Best Owner-Handledexhibit from the remaining dogs of the opposite sex including the eligible Winners.!If Best of Breed, Best of Opposite Sex to Best of Breed, Select Dog & Select Bitch are ineligible, thejudge may choose any eligible dog remaining in the ring including Winners Dog or Winners Bitch asOwner-Handled Best of breed will not be represented in the Owner-Handled Group if there is no eligible dog competing in theBest of Breed or in Best of Winners Competition.
