It also functions as a power steering, power brake, power take-off and implement drive FLUID with sufficient friction and heat transfer characteristics to facilitate the efficient operation of TRACTOR wet brakes and power take-off units. QUALITIES 49 NORTH PREMIUM TRACTOR HYDRAULIC MULTI FLUID is a balanced formulation that provides excellent oil oxidation stability for high-temperature service, and outstanding corrosion protection for yellow metals and HYDRAULIC pumps and controls, reducing sludge and varnish buildup compared to conventional TRACTOR fluids.

2 49 NORTH PREMIUM TRACTOR HYDRAULIC MULTI FLUID helps maintain seals and gaskets while protecting TRACTOR transmissions, axles and HYDRAULIC pumps with superior extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear performance. The frictional characteristics are designed to minimize "chatter" while permitting the wet brakes to hold as designed. This frictional balance also provides smooth engagement of the power take-off clutch, and smoother shifting.
