You will incorporate effective communication skills with both clients and fellow H&R block associates, promoting teamwork and collaboration throughout the tax office and district. Field Instructor Job Description : The Field Instructor will drive increase in skills, knowledge, and client service behaviors of tax office associates and/or pre-season learners through high-quality delivery of training courses.
2 Effectively teach the H&R block Income Tax Course, continuing tax education courses and/or Skills to Win courses while supporting students with different levels of experience and comprehension. Prepare for the course, present and facilitate course content as designed, and deposit all course fees received from course registration in a timely manner as applicable for the course.
