2 Shut off engine and allow it to cool beforeadding fuel to the tank. Use care in filling tank to avoid spilling Pressure Washer away from fueling areabefore starting engine. Heat will expand fuel in the tank whichcould result in spillage and possible fireexplosion. Keep maximum fuel level " below top oftank to allow for expansion. Operating the Pressure Washer in an ex-plosive environment could result in a fire. Operate and fuel equipment in well ventilatedareas free from obstructions. Equip areas withfire extinguishersuitable for gasoline AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONSThis product may not be equipped with a spark arresting muffler. Ifthe product is not equipped and will be used around flammable ma-terials, or on land covered with materials such as agricultural crops, forest, brush,grass, or other similar items, then an approved spark arrester must be installed and islegally required in the state of California.

3 It is a violation of California statutes section130050 and/or sections 4442 and 4443 of the California Public Resources Code, unlessthe engine is equipped with a spark arrester, as defined in section 4442, andmaintained in effective working order. Store fuel in an OSHA approved container, ina secure location away from work area. Use of acids, toxic or corrosive chemicals,poisons, insecticides, or any kind of flam-mable solvent with this product could re-sult in serious injury or death. Do not spray flammable liquids. Breathing exhaust fumes will cause seriousinjury or death! Operate Pressure Washer in a well ventilatedarea. Avoid enclosed areas such as garages,basements, etc. Never operate unit in a location occupied byhumans or animals. Some cleaning fluids contain substanceswhich could cause injury to skin, eyes, orlungs.

6 Use only cleaning fluids specifically recom-mended for high Pressure washers. Followmanufacturers recommendations. Do notuse chlorine bleach or any other corrosivecompound. RISK TO BREATHINGHAZARDWHAT CAN HAPPENHOW TO PREVENT ITRISK OF EXPLOSION OR FIRE (continued)HAZARDWHAT CAN HAPPENHOW TO PREVENT IT Your Washer operates at fluid pressuresand velocities high enough to penetratehuman and animal flesh, which couldresult in amputation or other serious caused by loose fittings or worn ordamaged hoses can result in injectioninjuries. DO NOT TREAT FLUIDINJECTION AS A SIMPLE CUT! See aphysician immediately! Never place hands in front of nozzle. Direct spray away from self and others. Make sure hose and fittings are tightenedand in good condition.

7 Never hold onto thehose or fittings during Operation . Do not allow hose to contact muffler. Never attach or remove wand or hosefittings while system is TO FLUID INJECTIONHAZARDWHAT CAN HAPPENHOW TO PREVENT IT Injuries can result if system Pressure is notreduced before attempting maintenance ordisassembly. To relieve system Pressure , shut off engine,turn off water supply, and pull gun triggeruntil water stops flowing. Use only hoses and accessories rated forpressure higher than your pressurewasher's ENGA00034 Contact with hot surfaces, such asengines exhaust components, couldresult in serious burn. During Operation , touch only the controlsurfaces of the Pressure Washer . Keepchildren away from the Pressure Washer at alltimes.

8 They may not be able to recognize thehazards of this product. Spray directed at electrical outlets orswitches, or objects connected to anelectrical circuit, could result in a fatalelectrical shock. Unplug any electrically operated productbefore attempting to clean it. Use only household detergents,cleaners and degreasers recommended foruse in Pressure washers. Wear protective clothing to protect eyesand skin from contact with sprayedmaterials. Use of acids, toxic or corrosive chemicals,poisons, insecticides, or any kind of flam-mable solvent with this product could re-sult in serious injury or OF CHEMICAL BURNHAZARDWHAT CAN HAPPENHOW TO PREVENT IT Fuel or oil can leak or spill and couldresult in fire or breathing hazard, seriousinjury or death can result.

9 Fuel or oil leakswill damage carpet, paint or othersurfaces in vehicles or trailers. If Pressure Washer is equipped with a fuelshut-off valve, turn the valve to the offposition before transporting to avoid fuelleaks. If Pressure Washer is not equippedwith a fuel shut-off valve, drain the fuel fromtank before transporting. Only transport fuelin an OSHA approved container. Alwaysplace Pressure Washer on a protective matwhen transporting to protect against dam-age to vehicle from leaks. Remove pressurewasher from vehicle immediately upon arrivalat your OF INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGEWHEN TRANSPORTING OR STORINGHAZARDWHAT CAN HAPPENHOW TO PREVENT IT5- ENGA00034 Reactive force of spray will causegun/wand to move, and could cause theoperator to slip or fall, or misdirect thespray.

10 Improper control of gun/wand canresult in injuries to self and others. Do not overreach or stand on an unstablesupport. Grip gun/wand firmly with bothhands. Expect the gun to kick when trig-gered. If proper starting procedure is notfollowed, engine can kickback causingserious hand and arm injury. If engine does not start after two pulls,squeeze trigger of gun to relieve pumppressure. Pull starter cord slowly untilresistance is felt. Then pull cord rapidlyto avoid kickback and prevent hand orarm injury. The spray gun/wand is a powerful clean-ing tool that could look like a toy to achild. Keep children away from the pressurewasher at all OF UNSAFE OPERATIONHAZARDWHAT CAN HAPPENHOW TO PREVENT IT Unsafe Operation of your Pressure washercould lead to serious injury or death toyou or others.
