3 Minimum freight on these orders is $140 as follows: All Cartons 96" and longer in length (Add 4" to material length to determine overall carton length). Lite Kits only 60" and larger Lite Kits with glass or Louvers 40" and larger Lite Kits with glass larger than 10" x 23". More than 15 Lite Kits with glass Glass only any size OVERSIZE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPMENT ON UPS OR FEDEX. 4 Special Packing/Handling: A $100 net charge on orders with any line item of: Glass only Lite Kits with Glass or Louvers 61" and larger Items requiring extra support (ie: welded thresholds, etc.). Orders with these products will ship LTL. RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. After approval and subject to our inspection, credit will be allowed less a minimum 40% handling charge and all related freight charges. Material that is not in standard stock sizes and finishes, or is specially fabricated is not returnable. Self-adhesive products may only be returned within 90 days of the date of sale. CLAIMS: Claims for material damage or shortages must be made within 5 days after receipt of material. NGP is not responsible for any damages or charges beyond replacement of defective material. (See Warranty). CANCELLATION: Orders for non-stock sizes, special finishes, custom fabricated, and glass products are non- cancelable and non-returnable once in production.
