FREIGHT POLICY: Freight prepaid and allowed (Ground transportation only) in Continental US on orders as follows; except NOT applicable to oversized items longer than 14 feet Call for freight quote: Thresholds and Gasketing only = $1,200 net or more Lites/Louvers/Glass/ continuous Hinges/Sliding Door Hardware only or combined with Thresholds/Gasketing = $1,500 net or more Non-transportation surcharges ( : construction site delivery, delivery notification, etc.). will be billed to the customer All expedited shipments like Next Day Air when requested, will be shipped FedEx, prepaid and the published rate for the service will be added to the invoice.
4 Oversized Items must be shipped LTL. Minimum freight on these orders is $140 as follows: All Cartons 96" and longer in length (Add 4" to material length to determine overall carton length). Lite Kits only 60" and larger Lite Kits with glass or Louvers 40" and larger Lite Kits with glass larger than 10" x 23". More than 15 Lite Kits with glass Glass only any size OVERSIZE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPMENT ON UPS OR FEDEX. TERMS: 1% 10 days - Net 30 days Payable in US Dollars Credit cards accepted from established accounts: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (Payment terms: NET plus 3% processing).
5 By purchasing the product you agree to the terms of NGP's Limited Warranty. NGP is not responsible or liable for, and specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for, the proper installation, maintenance, testing, and inspection of the product once it leaves NGP's possession. MINIMUM: $ net for material MINIMUM PACKING, HANDLING & INVOICING: A charge of $ net will be made on orders of $ net or less. 6 Orders with these products will ship LTL. RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. After approval and subject to our inspection, credit will be allowed less a minimum 40% handling charge and all related freight charges. Material that is not in standard stock sizes and finishes, or is specially fabricated is not returnable. Self-adhesive products may only be returned within 90 days of the date of sale. CLAIMS: Claims for material damage or shortages must be made within 5 days after receipt of material. NGP is not responsible for any damages or charges beyond replacement of defective material.
