1 Procedure for Quantity Enhancement by Vendor after registration of call Facility for Enhancement of Quantity in pending calls has now been provided to the Vendor . To avail this facility , please follow the steps indicated. STEP 1 Vendor to Login with ID and password Step 2 Click newly provided icon' Registered Pending Calls Quantity Enhancement form' . Step 3 Enter the case number and click search . Step 4 Select the item where Quantity is required to be modified/ increased Step 5 Quantity offered will become editable . Enter the revised Quantity and save. Even a new item which has been registered but call was not earlier mark can be selected which is shown under the head 'available'. NOTES- 1. Quantity can be revised only on higher side upto the Quantity ordered. IF some Quantity of items have been passed earlier , then Quantity modified + Quantity already passed should not exceed Quantity ordered. 2. cannot be modified once IE has started the inspection after entering the premises.
2 Quantity cannot be modified on lower side than originally offered Quantity .
