All surfaces are harder and less slip-pery. 511 Porous Pluscan be used on interior and exterior applications. 511 PorousPlusis transparent, resists acid rain and will not yellow under any Porous Plusaverages 2 to 10 times the coverage of competitive products. User must determine suitability ofthe PRODUCT for their intended and Gloss EnhancementFor added color with Textured and Non polished surfaces, 511 Seal & Enhance orMira Mattemay be used. For polished marble, travertine, limestone and granite,Stone Polish, Mira Dust, Marble Conditioner or Granite Brite may be used as direct-ed. For ceramic tile, Tile Restor or Tile Brite may be used as Resistance511 Impregnatorincreases the static coefficient of friction on all surfaces. Protect Neighboring SurfacesAlways protect neighboring surfaces including wood, carpet, metal , landscaping andother non masonry INSTALLATIONS - APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONSRead entire label and SDS before using. 511 Porous plus should not be diluted orthinned in any way. 511 Porous Plusshould be used as is direct from approved As a Grout ReleaseApply 511 Porous Plusto all surfaces prior to grouting.

4 This step will allow quick andeasy cleanup after grouting. Grout can stain many surfaces if this procedure is notused prior to the grouting process. Apply 511 Porous Plususing a Mira Brushor aclean towel. Apply enough to wet the surface. (See coverage charts) Be careful not tosaturate the open grout joints. Allow 511 Porous Plusto stand for approximately 3 - 5minutes for maximum penetration. Any excess sealer remaining at this time shouldbe removed by wiping the surface with a clean dry towel. On very Porous surfacesapply another application after the previous application has dried 2-3 hours. Anyexcess sealer that has dried on the surface creating a residue/film, may be removedby applying Residue Remover. Apply Residue Removerundiluted to the affected areawith a clean dry towel. Let it sit for 1 - 2 minutes before buffing the area with a secondclean dry towel. Allow 511 Porous Plusto cure for 6 - 12 hours before continuing withthe grouting procedure per manufacturers Grouting:Once grouted, make sure that all grout residue is removed from thesurface with a clean sponge and water.

5 Allow grout to dry at least 24 - 72 grout clean up is not performed effectively, an additional cleaning may be neces-sary to remove remaining grout residue or haze. For this procedure usePhosphoricAcid Cleaner , (HDAC) Heavy Duty Acidic Cleaner (Hydrochloric Acid) or Epoxy GroutFilm Removerfollowing the instructions carefully. Grout SealingOnce the area has completely dried, proceed with the sealing of the grout for waterand stain resistance. Apply 511 Porous Plusto all grout with a paint brush. Anyexcess sealer that gets on the surface should be wiped off with a clean towel beforeit dries. On larger jobs grout can be sealed by retreating the entire area including thetile or stone surface a second time. Be careful not to allow the sealer to puddle or dryon presealed RemovalTo remove accumulated 511 Porous Plusresidue, use Miracle Residue Installation - Surface PreparationSurface must be dry and free of contaminants, including previously applied sealers,dirt, lime & hard water deposits, efflorescence, rust & other heavy dirt and Coating/Wax Removal:To remove existing coatings and/or waxes, use MiraStripor Finish Sealer Stripperfollowing the instructions Duty Cleaning:To remove lime and hard water deposits, efflorescence, rust,grease and other heavy dirt and grime use HDAC (Heavy Duty Acidic Cleaner) or,Phosphoric Acid Cleaner as directed.

6 For a non-acid deep clean use Liquid Poulticeas directed. All strippers and/or cleaners should be thoroughly rinsed with cleanwater and the surface allowed to Existing Surfaces:Follow the application instructions previously mentioned,except now, seal the grout and tile or stone surfaces at the same time.
