1 From: Dennis Barger, SVP, Chief Underwriting Officer, Commercial Lines 973-948-1770; Date: May 3, 2012 RE: Selective s New & Improved general liability ElitePac Products We are pleased to announce the release of our new and improved GL ElitePac enhancement endorsements. Not only have we improved all the existing ElitePac Products for clarity and consistency, we have also added new coverage provisions to our Elitepac Products for Schools, Social Services, Emergency Services, Municipalities and Resorts. In addition, we are introducing a new ElitePac product for Summit Golf risks with a significant number of new and enhanced coverage provisions. Some of the common changes throughout all Elitepac Products are: Provisions have been re-worded for clarity and ease of finding proper references on the CG0001. Broad Form Vendors coverage and Additional Insured Primary and Non-Contributory are now their own provisions in lieu of being combined with the Blanket Additional Insured provision.

2 Waiver of Subrogation Provision has been amended so that the requirement to waive any right of recovery against a person or organization is simply required in a written contract or agreement. The written contract or agreement no longer needs to be with that person or organization . Limits for Supplementary Payments have been increased. o Cost of Bail Bonds = $5,000 o Loss of Earnings = $1,000 On the general Elitepac , CG7202, the limit for Electronic Data liability has been increased from $25,000 to $100,000. In addition, the following are the new coverage provisions that have been added: School ElitePac (CG 7502) Incidental Broadcasting and Publishing Limited Legal Expense for Innocent Insureds Additional Insured Safety Patrols Social Service ElitePac (CG7217) Limited Rental Lease Agreement Contractual liability Limited Legal Expense for Innocent Insureds Functional Additional Insureds Additional Insured Funding Source Broad Form Vendors Coverage Emergency Services and Governmental ElitePac (CG 7051) Exception to Pollution Exclusion for Water or Wastewater Treatment The existing form, CG 79 61 Pollution Exclusion Exception For Potable Water is being withdrawn and the coverage provided by this form is now included in this new version of the CG 70 51 Incidental Broadcasting and Publishing Removed limitation of Med Pay to only the main location of the municipality Property Damage Golfing Facilities provision has been amended as follows.
