Katella Avenue, Suite 300 Anaheim, California Fisher Program Manager Helping you find your Schools Energy Efficiency Program (SEEP) is funded by California utility ratepayers and administered by SCE through a contract awarded to Willdan under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.

3 Willidan may offer additional services for a fee, but California customers who choose to participate in these programs are not obligated to purchase any additional services offered. Incentives and savings will vary by Customer , and neither SCE nor Willidan make any representation herein concerning actual or potential savings amounts. Funds are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2017, or until funds are depleted. Terms and conditions apply. The trademarks used herein are the property of their respective Funding AvailableProgram funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis until reserved funds are depleted. School customers will be enrolled into the Program , but Program enrollment does not guarantee funding. Funding will only be reserved for projects upon completion of audits and Customer authorization of identified projects.

4 Project funding will be limited to $100,000 per school site per Program cycle for Program installation Turnkey Services From Project Identification To InstallationWilldan s trained field staff will conduct site audits for all of your qualifying facilities in order to identify and deliver energy efficiency opportunities. Willdan s Program staff will work with field staff and installers to select and accomplish the most appropriate retrofit solutions for high-quality energy efficiency upgrades at your facilities. Project installation will be completed by Willdan Lighting & Electric of California (License #986564) or one of Willdan s other approved, licensed subcontractors. Willdan s installers will implement approved retrofits fully to help you achieve energy savings immediately on completion. Willdan s installers routinely work with school personnel to complete projects outside school hours to avoid disrupting the classroom setting, and Willdan s field management team conducts frequent inspections to verify installation quality and local building and electrical code compliance.

5 All labor workmanship carries a one-year warranty, while material warranties vary by equipment type.
