4 Some companies have a separate listing for each location, so be sure to choose the company name for your specific location. If you are not sure which company name to choose, simply call the API WorkSafe Help Desk at (202) 682 8469 or email for assistance. If your company is not listed, you may add it by clicking on Click here to add a company to the list .Enter the requested information into each field. Fields marked with a * are required. Fields such as Last 4 Digits of Social Security No. are optional unless required by your particular state. If possible, please enter an email address which you have access to and check regularly as much of our communication, such as confirmation and reminder messages, will be emailed to that address.

When finished, click on Accept at the bottom of the page. 6 After you have accepted the Terms and Conditions above (Figure C, Page 6), you will be brought to this page. You will start at this page every time you log into your account. Click on the Enter button under Operator Training and Examination Program to begin ordering your program. As an example, Nevada has been selected for the State and A+B has been selected for the Operator Type.

7 But select the State and Operator Type for the program you need. Once you have made your selections, click on the Continue Training and/or Exam options available are determined by each state. If the boxes are greyed out, you cannot change the options. If one or both of the options are blank, you may select the option(s) you wish to you have made your selection(s), click on the Add to Basket button. 8 The contents of your Shopping Basket are displayed. If you wish to pay now, click on Proceed to Checkout . If you would like to order another program, click on Continue API WorkSafe Operator Training and Examination Program User s Page 10 of 18 Add additional Program(s) (If you don t wish to order an additional program, skip to Page 11) Figure J: Add additional program(s) Figure K: Shopping Basket with multipe programs Clicking on the Continue Shopping button (Figure I, Page 9) will bring you back to this page. Repeat the same steps as before to add additional program(s) to your Shopping Basket.

9 You will now see all the programs you ordered listed in your Shopping Basket. Click Proceed to Checkout to view the payment options. If your Promotional Code was successfully applied, you will see the message Promotional code applied and the Purchase cost will reflect the discount.
