3 As a non-profit organization formed through partnerships with five Manitoba INDIGENOUS community Futures development Corporations, Vision Quest provides opportunities for learning, networking, information sharing, partnership building as well as cultural awareness and Certification CourseVision Quest is pleased to kick off this year s Conference with a Pre-Conference Certification Course, exclusive for Conference delegates only. The Course takes place on Tuesday, May 15th, from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Refreshments provided. Participants must be a minimum of 16 years of age and must bring photo to check-in. Participants will receive a certificate of completion.

As outlined in the obligations of the standard, all businesses and organizations need to train all employees, volunteers, contract workers, etc. on how to provide customer service that is accessible to all Manitobans.
