FOI13 339 Please provide the following information: I work in pathology (biochemistry) and in June a forensic accountant investigated our on-call system in regard to overpayments. In July we were verbally informed that the investigation was closed and there was found to be no overpayment, and we would receive a summary letter informing us of the outcome.

8 So far we have not received anything and I ( and other colleagues) would really like to the see the report under the right of the Freedom of Information Act. How many free continence pads was/is each patient with continence problems in your area entitled to per day in each of the following financial years: 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14? How many continence pads (or other continence products such as absorbent pull up pants) in total have been prescribed in your area in each month since (and including) April 2013? Of these MHA detentions, how many required police support? Response 2010-11: 38 2011-12: 49 2012-13: 51 2013-14: 40 (6 months) We do not keep data on the number requiring Police assistance. 2) If the Trust keeps separate data on patients with dementia who are under 65, please state how many of these patients were detained under the Mental Health Act, and how many of these detentions required police support. FOI13 419 Please provide the following information: 1. Under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide for the financial year 2011/12 the number of dedicated hernia repair specialists* (ie the number of surgeons who do this surgery more than any other abdominal surgery) who performed surgery for your Trust . Response The Trust does not specifically employ a dedicated hernia specialist. Treatment for Hernia repair is delivered by the general surgical team in order of clinical priority. The consultant wte within this area is wte. Laparoscopic hernia repair is carried out by one Consultant General Surgeon which contributes to his annual elective and emergency activity.
