Products must be returned within 20 days from the date of the RMA being issued. Standard Lifters does not charge restocking fees. If the products are being exchanged, an additional order will be created to ship the correct parts to you. Once the returned parts have been received and inspected, and are found to be re-sellable, a credit will be applied to any outstanding balance of any past order. Products must be individually wrapped and packaged tightly in the box to prevent damage from occurring during shipping .
