1 Question : We are interested in participating in the tender mentioned above hence want to get more information about the same. Considering the geographical constraint of personally reviewing the document, I request you to provide us the following details before we buy the document: 1) List of Items, Schedule of Requirements, Scope of Work, Terms of Reference, Bill of Materials required. 2) Soft Copy of the Tender Document through email. 3) Names of countries that will be eligible to participate in this tender. 4) Information about the Tendering Procedure and Guidelines 5) Estimated Budget for this Purchase 6) Any Extension of Bidding Deadline?

Also we would like to be informed of future tenders from your organization. Hence, we request you to add our name to your bidder's list and do inform us about upcoming Projects, Tenders. Answer: Thank you for your questions concerning the contest for fertilize and plant protection measures suply. We would like to inform that all information regarding the list of fertilizers and pesticides is provided in the supliment No 2 and concerning minimum requirements for suppliers in the Article 3, page 7.
3 Main requirement pesticides should be registered in Lithuania. Apply for this supply can only countries from the European Union and chemistry should be supplied only from EU, as the Law on Fertilize of the Republic of Lithuania will be valid from the 1 of May 2013 (Official Gazzete, 2012, No 82-4262). Supply budget is approximatly 550 000 Litas (about 145 000 Euros). It s could be less, not all measures will be pursuached (depending on conditions). It s not possible to extend bidding deadline because chemistry is needed in this coming spring. There is no any other attendum or Pre Bid meetings Minutes.
