1 Quick Coupling Products5th EditionSTANDARD series couplings are the simplest and most commonly used. These poppet style couplers are specifi cally designed to satisfy a wide range of applications and conform to ISO 7241 A and B parts standards ensuring worldwide interchangeability. Sizes: 1/4 to 2 FLAT FACE series Designed to meet stringent performance requirements of the ISO 16028 specifi cation. These non spill couplers eliminate hydraulic spillage and air inclusion when connecting and disconnecting. The mating halves are easily cleaned due to their fl at surfaces, making them the ideal solution for limiting contamination.

2 Popular in mobile construction, utility and anywhere where non spill performance is desired. Sizes: 1/8 to 1 screw series couplings are suitable for all those heavy duty applications characterized by pressure and fl ow peaks and possibility of connection and disconnection under residual pressure. Threaded connection ensures a wider contact surface in the mating area with consequent higher resistance to pressure peaks, hoses bending and vibrations. Sizes: 1/4 to 1-1/2 BLOCK COUPLERS are designed for hydraulic Quick change and are ideal for skid steer loaders, tractor backhoe loaders and utility allows changes from one attachment to another within seconds and provides for connection under pressure.

3 The block valve offers greater fl ow capability than standard fl at face couplers and provides for an overall reduced pressure drop. Sizes: 1/2 and 3/4 DIAGNOSTIC COUPLERS have been purposely designed to make the maintenance of hydraulic systems and checking pressure within the circuit easier, quicker and more effective. Male couplings have to be assembled on the hydraulic line to be checked while the female parts have to be connected to the diagnostic and monitoring equipment. Conformity to ISO 15171-1 standards guarantees worldwide interchangeability. 4 The MULTIFASTER MULTICONNECTIONS allow a dramatic reduction of connection time, the absence of fl uid spillage and air inclusion during connection and disconnection, even under pressure, without any risk of line WASH COUPLERS have been purposely designed for applications where maximum fl ow is required. Their smooth, open bore offers the lowest pressure drop of any Quick Coupling design and is ideal for applications such as high-pressure water and steam washers, mold coolant lines and many other non-valved applications. Typical pressures realized are between 1,500 psi to 3,000 BLAST COUPLERS are used in a wide variety of applications including refi neries, petrochemical plants and paper and pulp mills for connecting hose lines for high pressure hydro-blasting of boilers and pipe lines.

5 MOLDMATE STYLE COUPLERS are specifi cally designed for connecting coolant lines to molds and dies on injection molding machinery in the plastics and die casting industries. These couplings signifi cantly reduce machine downtime by providing fast and easy connection of coolant lines during mold changes. Their short nipples can be recessed below the surface of the mold for more effi cient storage of molds. Moldmate couplers are available with or without valves in the female half. Non-valved couplers provide maximum fl ow for effi cient cooling. Valved couplers shut off when PURPOSE AIR COUPLERS are primarily used for pneumatic applications, connecting air tools, hoses, or other implements to compressed air supplies.
