You may need to access Silverlight from time-to-time to customize your office s setups and configurations. The content of the Silverlight and HTML5 windows are similar; however, HTML5 is menu and button-driven more so that Silverlight. Once you become familiar with the look and functionality of HTML5 , you ll discover the consistent menus and buttons throughout HTML5 . HTML5 Introduction to HTML5 Revised April 2018 4 Silverlight HTML5 Main Window HTML5 Menu Bar The Menu Bar contains six menus that provide access to the Cloud9 HTML5 functions. Depending on how the schedule is set up in Silverlight, you can access location schedules via tabs or from a dropdown list.

5 Platform Screenshot HTML5 Access: The dropdown list displays to select schedules for specific locations. Silverlight Setup: If an employee is set up in Silverlight with an App preference to Show Schedule Views in Dropdown , the schedule view displays the location schedules in a dropdown list instead of separate tabs across the top of the schedule. Note: The set up will apply to both Silverlight and HTML5 . Note: If the checkbox is not checked, then the location schedules options display as tabs, instead of in a dropdown list: Introduction to HTML5 Revised April 2018 11 Platform Screenshot Clipboard/Toolbar In HTML5 , the Clipboard Toolbar functionality operates the same way as it does in Silverlight. However, its appearance is different. HTML5 Edit Patient Window The Edit Patient window in HTML5 and Silverlight share the same functionalities. In HTML5 , users can designate a referral as a person or company. Highlighted Feature Description P/C column on Referrals/ Professionals tab The new P/C column displays the type of referral; P for person and C for company. In Silverlight, if users want to identify a company, like Google, Billboard, or Facebook, as a patient referral, they set up the company as a person.

7 View Documents from History tab From the History tab located in Edit Patient, users can click View to see a patient s corresponding document Tracking Tab, Patient Status The Patient Status dropdown displays the statues in the appropriate hierarchy. The tab defaults to open with details expanded for the first Related Person and a + next to the other Related Persons. Buttons: New Entry Recall Send Message Refresh Save Save and Close Close Highlighted Feature Description Send email or text message from the Treatment Card The Send Message button on the Treatment Card enables users to send an email or text message directly from the Treatment Card.

Delete desired listed treatment from listed Chart Items From the Chart Items listed at the bottom of the Treatment Card, select Delete next to the desired listed treatment. Re-print payment receipt Re-print a payment receipt from the Ledger by right-clicking the open cell next to the transaction.
