1 Ransom road RV park Rules and RegulationsSpeed Limits: The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH. Violators will be asked to leave the park . Vehicle Parking: All vehicles must park in their own space, no parking on the grass or in a vacant space. Your guests and extra vehicles may park at the office or behind the building where and if space is available. Any boat parked at your site must not create a Washing: RV washing is allowed one time upon arrival for monthly stays only. Boat and vehicle washing must be done off site. Boat motor flushing must also be done off Vehicles: Units older than 10 years must be approved by the management. All units must be self-contained, and factory manufactured and approved by RVIA. No vehicle repairs allowed in the park . No tents or school bus conversation.
2 Camper shells may not be removed from thru Adjacent Lots: Please respect your neighbors. Use streets, do not walk or drive through any site whether vacant or of Your Site: Help us keep Ransom road beautiful. It is your responsibility to keep your RV and site clean. Rugs and carpets are not allowed on the grass. Clotheslines are not allowed in the park . Please remove all lawn decorations on lawn mowing day. All site improvements must be approved by the Time: Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00amCheck out Time: Check out time is 12:00 noonRefunds for Early Departures: There are no refunds for unused : Propane is delivered twice a : All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Pets must be kept under control at all times and not left outside unattended. Pets are not permitted in any buildings.
3 Shot records must be present. Ransom road assumes no liability, implied or otherwise for animal bites or injury. Please pick up all pet droppings immediately. Violators will be asked to leave the : All mail will be placed in the mail room when Payments: Rent will be due the first day of every month. A late fee of $ will be charged for rent 3 days past due. All monthly reservation require a $ deposit. Winter residents will have the first opportunity to reserve their current site for the next season by February 15th. All other reservation requests for the next winter season will be accepted after March : Daily and weekly reservations require a 72 hour notice. Monthly reservations require a 60 day notice. Cancellations made under the time frame set above are subject to forfeit their deposit for monthly stays.
4 Daily and weekly will incur a fee equal to a one night : If a disturbance occurs at your site and the police are called you will be asked to leave the Responsible: All children under the age of 16 must have adult Pick-up: Please leave trash on the curb by 9:00am every morning and it will be picked up. Dumpsters are located at the east end of the property for your Grills: Please do not place grills on the picnic tables. Please do not empty ashes on the ground.
