1 Re.: Famous Supply Routing Guide & Shipping Instruction September 24, 2018 Dear Supplier: Effective Monday, September 24, 2018, Famous Supply will no longer be using UPS as the preferred carrier for our small parcel shipping needs. Famous has partnered with FedEx to be the primary provider for our small parcel shipping. Starting on this date, all small parcel shipments must be shipped utilizing our FedEx account number, when Famous is responsible for the freight cost. Please reference the enclosed updated Supplier Routing Guide and Shipping Instructions for any shipment when Famous is responsible for the freight cost. In order to assure consistent and timely flow of product, adherence to the below information is required by Famous. Please note that effective Monday, January 1, 2018, Famous Supply will be partnering with Commercial Traffic (CT Logistics) to direct and oversee routing instruction and freight tendering for less-than- truckload Supplier shipments.

3 Please direct any questions pertaining to the following instructions or shipping needs to Famous Logistics Team. For less-than-truckload shipments shipping into a Famous location or direct to a Famous Customer and Famous is responsible for freight charges, Supplier is required to use the following website for Carrier selection and routing instructions. NOTE: Please see ATTACHMENT A for Supplier log-in and web page navigation instruction. B. For truckload, container, or shipments greater than 10000 pounds or (8) pallets shipping into a Famous location or direct to a Famous Customer and Famous is responsible for freight charges, Supplier is required to contact Famous Logistics Team at above email address for carrier selection and routing instruction.

4 NOTE: Supplier is to use FAMOUS SHIPMENT REQUEST FORM in ATTACHMENT B when contacting Famous Logistics for routing instruction. C. For small parcel shipments shipping into a Famous location or direct to a Famous Customer and Famous is responsible for freight charges, Supplier is to ship FedEx using Famous FedEx account number unless otherwise noted on purchase order. Contact your Famous buyer for account number. D. For any Supplier shipment, which is not in compliance with the Famous Supplier Routing Guide & Shipping Instructions, the Supplier (shipper) will be required to issue credit to Famous for any freight cost difference that results in an overcharge plus fees as described in this Routing Guide. E. Famous will not accept Prepaid & Add freight term or freight and handling charges added to Supplier s invoice unless approved in writing prior to shipment by Famous Transportation Manager or Director of Purchasing.

5 F. For shipment terms of sale of FOB Destination and shipment is lost or damaged during transit, the supplier shall be responsible to file a claim from the point of shipment. II. SUPPLIER SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS A. For any shipment when Famous is responsible for freight charge, Bill-of-lading is to be marked as follows: 1. - To Famous Location: COLLECT -To Famous Customer: THIRD PARTY 2. (including Bill of Lading) If reference information is not marked as such, invoice payment may be delayed.

6 C. Supplier should include a separate packing list for each Famous purchase order. Packing list requirements are as follows: 1. Purchase order # 2. Suppliers cross reference number 3. Famous item number 4. Quantity shipped, Quantity on backorder NOTE: Backorders are to ship at Suppliers expense, unless partial shipments are approved by the Famous Supply Buyer. D. All products are to be barcoded with the unit quantity noted on label. Mixed Items labels are to be noted on appropriate pallets and cartons. E. Overages, Shortages, & Damages (OS&D): Any quantity shortage or noticeable damage to shipment will be noted on BOL, photos will be taken, and Supplier will be notified for processing of claim by Famous Claims administrator. If product arrives in a condition that is unsellable or unsafe to unload and store or if there is an overage of quantity, the shipment may be refused at Supplier s expense and BOL marked accordingly.

If appointment time requested does not meet Supplier/Carrier delivery need, please elevate request to Famous location Distribution Center Operations Manager or Branch Customer Service Manager per Attachment C.

8 C. If an appointment time is missed, the shipment may not be unloaded that day, or may be rescheduled to a later time. This decision will be on a case by case basis at the discretion of Famous. D. A $200 fee or invoice deduction may be applied to shipments that are no call/no show, arrive without an appointment, are rescheduled due to an issue caused by the Supplier, or for shipments that do not utilize a Famous preferred carrier per this Routing Guide. 9 Effective January 1, 2018, Suppliers (shippers) are required to use the following website to get freight carrier lane assignment. Famous will not accept deliveries from carriers outside of this list of carriers. If there are any questions to this requirement, please contact Famous Logistics Team.
