Taking Kalms Day with food and drinkAlcohol may increase the sedative effect of Kalms Day. Therefore, excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided whilst you are taking Kalms and breast-feedingKalms Day is not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breast-feeding.
