Both rotas to be included on our parish website with initials only of Ministers concerned d. Refreshments at next meeting: this one ran from to 9:00pm e. From Monday 18th March to Thursday 21st March, Bishop Mark is to lead a parish mission. All Ministers are encouraged to participate. f. Welcome Ministry needed in our parish g. 3 Re: Holy Communion under both kinds at week end Masses: Ushers will need to be involved and be familiar with any different ways of facilitating this. i. One option strongly suggested is for our congregation to begin going to Holy Communion from the back centre of the church with all receiving the Host from our celebrant before queuing to receive from the chalice from at least 2 celebrants in other locations. j. A committee of volunteers kindly offered to investigate the possibility of agreeing the best way of introducing Holy Communion under both kinds: D Barber, A-M Miller, G Davies & M Slater. Also the committee is to suggest, in consultation with Fr Chris & Fr Denis, a suitable badge/garment to be worn by the special Ministers of the Eucharist when giving out Holy Communion. k. On Maundy Thursday recommissioning for the Eucharistic Ministers will involve receiving a certificate to denote their role as minister for the coming year. l. 13th Feb 2013 was suggested as a possible start date to trial Holy Communion under both kinds at our weekend Masses.

4 One possible solution is to create a right hand aisle by exchanging short benches for the long ones at present used on the front right side of the centre of church. m. Four meetings a year were agreed and the next meeting is fixed for the beginning of Lent 2013 during the week beginning the 18th February. Fr Ravi suggested we meet not only to for organising our ministries but also to have some input to support and develop our ministry and spirituality. n. Many, many thanks to H Jones for volunteering to take the next meeting s minutes. Thanks to all who attended.
