They are a sneaky bunch of accountants in most cases, who hide behind Burly locksmiths, sometimes even minders, they never get their hands dirty, and they make an absolute fortune from each RECEIVERSHIP THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR ILK, ARE THE SAME KIND OF PEOPLE WHOM ASSISTED THE BRITTISH WHEN THEY RAPED AND PLUNDERED OUR ISLAND FOR OVER 600 YEARS. I believe these people would actually slither along the ground were they to lie down on their bellies, THIS WOULD MAKE THEM SNAKES, oh yeah, the Snake that ate the Piranha, that ate the men! DEEDS, AND RECEIVERS APPOINTMENTS UNDER DEEDS EXPLAINED:- THE ONLY DEED THE BANK HAVE OWNERSHIP OF IS THE "MORTGAGE DEED" THEY OWN NO OTHER DEED.

3 THE ONLY DEED THE RECEIVER HAS OWNERSHIP OF IS WHATS KNOWN AS A "DEED OF APPOINTMENT" FROM THE BANK. THE RECEIVER OWNS NO OTHER DEED "MORTGAGE DEED" = The Contract that you entered with the bank when you borrowed money from them, the bank then got you to USE the building and indeed maybe even other buildings with it as security for the alleged loan(s).. If you are challenging the validity or lawfulness of the original "Contract" or as it is also known, the "MORTGAGE DEED" How would it be safe to appoint anyone under the authority of the "Contract" - "Mortgage Deed"? PUT SIMPLY IF THE "MORTGAGE DEED" IS FOUND TO BE NULL AND VOID, THE BANK AND RECEIVER WILL BE GUILTY OF FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINING THE PROPERTY, AS THINGS CURRENTLY STAND.

4 "DEED OF APPOINTMENT" = This is just a fancy name for 4 or 5 A4 sheets of paper, MADE UP, by the Bank, under the power of the mortgage deed and sent to a Receiver to "Appoint" RECEIVERS, ..THE GREAT IRISH MYSTERY WHO ARE THEY, WHERE DO THEY COME FROM, AND WHAT IS THEIR PURPOSE?? | 086 2411 888 | Inis Na bhF odhbhadh | THIS IS ACTUALLY COMPLETE BULLSHIT, The fact that you, or the owner of any property accepts this and does not involve the Garda when someone forcibly enters YOUR building and takes control, means you must "AGREE" with this BULLSHIT Paperwork, as it came from the Bank, and it must be RIGHT. "Sur banks don't Lie" "YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PAPERWORK (bullshit or not) MEANS THEY HAVE YOUR "CONSENT" THATS THE MAGIC WORD "CONSENT" WITHOUT IT THEY HAVE NO POWER OVER YOU.

5 WITH IT, THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY LIKE WITH YOU, (MORE SO, YOUR AFFAIRS and ASSETS) "THE REALITY" is that the Garda have no real idea, will, or wish to get involved in most receiverships , even when there has been a break-in , some of them have a bit of a clue, but they are afraid to get involved, and we have it on good authority from a friendly Garda, that word has filtered down from the hierarchy that the gardai were not to get involved, and it was a dirty business, that the Banks were owed the money, ant the state own the Banks, and the Gardai work for the State and the State must get it s money back, anyway it is inevitable in most cases that the Banks are going to win, so why prolong the agony! "THE ACTUAL REALITY" Is, If I owed you 100, and I did offer you my building in Donegal as "SECURITY" and I did sign a proper "MORTGAGE DEED" in a solicitors with you, using my property as security.

6 I now tell you I'm not paying and I believe there is a problem with the mortgage that we signed, as I believe you coerced me into signing it at a time when I was vulnerable! or any one of a host of other reasons. What are your options?? 1. You can take me to court, it will be a long drawn out affair, and if I have nothing, you don't have much to gain, but you have a real possibility of spending 50% of what your owed chasing it, and end up with my building which is only worth a fraction of what I owe you anyway. The end result is you may even sustain a loss. 2. You come up with this clever idea, because a clever clause in the "mortgage deed" says you as the "LENDER" are entitled to appoint a "receiver" over my "The Borrowers" property, to liquidate or indeed manage my asset, to retrieve your "MONEY".

7 THIS IS A GREAT IDEA AS LONG AS ME "THE BORROWER" DOESN'T QUESTION IT TOO MUCH, AND HAS OTHER ASSETS. AS THE RECEIVER GETS PAID FIRST FROM ANY FIRESALE, YOU RECEIVE THE BALANCE, AND IF YOU ARE STILL OWED MONEY, YOU CAN GO AFTER ME AGAIN IN THE COURTS FOR THE BALANCE. WHAT , I am educated in the Law, and I don't rush down to my Solicitor who I know has "undertakings given to all you lenders to never do anything which is detrimental to or jeopardise the Lenders position." I SIT BACK AND SEE WHAT YOUR RECEIVER DOES AFTER I HAVE INFORMED HIM THAT HE IS NOT WANTED OR WELCOME IN MY BUILDING, OR BUSINESS FOR THAT MATTER. NOW I KNOW HE WILL PROCEED REGARDLESS, IF THE SHIT HITS THE FAN, THIS RECEIVER COULD BE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE IF I WIN THIS BATTLE, AS HE WAS INFORMED BEFORE HE ACTED, AND HE HAS A DUTY TO INVESTIGATE HIS APPOINTMENT IF/WHEN QUESTIONED, BUT ARROGANCE, OR STUPIDITY HAS GOTTEN IN THE WAY OF HIM MAKING THE FAST/HANDY BUCK!

9 WHAT I GO AND GET MY DEEDS OF OWNERSHIP OR EVEN A COPY OF THEM, AND A COPY OF THE LAND REGISTRY DOCUMENTS, ALL SHOWING ME,ME,ME! AS THE "LEGAL" AND "LAWFUL" OWNER OF THE PROPERTY. I NOW PROCEED TO THE LOCAL GARDA STATION, (knowing they don't want to see me, but also knowing they must uphold the LAW) I ENTER THE GARDA STATION, (NOT SHOUTING AND ROARING) BUT VERY CALM, AND VERY SURE OF MY POSITION. I INFORM THE GARDA PRESENT THAT I AM RECORDING THIS CONVERSATION FOR MINE AND HIS PROTECTION, OR IF HE CAN'T HANDLE THIS MAKE NOTES OF EVERYTHING SAID AND INSIST HE STAMPS IT WHEN FINISHED. Or (I DON'T HAVE TO INFORM ANYONE OF THE RECORDING IF I DON'T WANT TO) .. ANYWAY, I INFORM THE GARDA THAT MY PREMISES HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO, [SEVERAL TIMES IN SOME CASES] NOW, THE GARDA SAYS, HE'S AWARE THERE IS A DISPUTE BETWEEN ME AND YOU (YOUR THE LENDER IN THIS REMEMBER!)

10 AND IT IS A CIVIL MATTER , AND HE AS A MEMBER OF THE GARDAI CANNOT GET INVOLVED IN A CIVIL MATTER, I MUST GO TO THE COURTS, HE SAYS. (a very clever answer from him, i'd say, almost coached!) I KNOW HE DOESN'T WANT TO GET INVOLVED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, I EXPLAIN THAT I AM THE UNDISPUTED OWNER OF THE PROPERTY, AND I PROVE IT TO HIM. I LEAVE HIM IN NO DOUBT THAT I OWN THE PROPERTY, ME,ME,ME! AND NOBODY ELSE. I ALSO ASK THE GARDA WHAT "COURT ORDER" THE RECEIVER HAS SHOWN, WHICH WILL ALLOW HIM TO FORCIBLY ENTER MY PROPERTY "WITHOUT MY EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION"?? I will now once again require him to investigate the break-in at my property, and raise a pulse number.
