1 3/2015 Sorority Recruitment Potential New Member Information Sheet For the Greater Huntsville Panhellenic Association Be sure to read the instruction Sheet available at for completing this form and how to submit it. For questions email: The Information you provide on this form as well as your r sum will be distributed to the alumnae associations of the national sororities in the Huntsville area. They will use this Information to write recommendations (recs) to sororities at the college that you plan to attend. Submitting these forms does not guarantee a recommendation to every sorority on your campus, nor does is guarantee acceptance into any sorority.

2 Completing this form DOES NOT obligate you to go through Recruitment and it DOES NOT register you for Recruitment at the college you will attend. You must register for Recruitment with the College Panhellenic office on your college campus to participate. You will need 1 packet for each sorority at your school plus one for Huntsville Panhellenic. A Packet Includes: (1) This completed form (2) Your R sum (explained below) (3) High School Transcript (through first semester senior year) Transcript is not required, but is extremely helpful to include. A senior portrait (casual or formal) is perfect. It does not have to be professionally taken or printed.
