Seller WarrantySeller hereby warrants that he is not previously assigned, transferred, or hypothecated any itemdescribed FeeFor the "Assignment of Intellectual Property" defined hereafter, Josef Dolezal [Buyer] shall paythe Jordan Maxwell [Seller] the sum of One Dollar [$ ] & other valuable consideration,the receipt & adequacy of which is hereby Assignment of RightsFor valuable consideration (as set forth above), Seller assigns to Buyer all the Seller's right, title,and interest in any and all Intellectual Property including but not limited to copyrights, patents,trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, domain names, [ , , , ], and other relatedproprietary rights (the Intellectual Property) now owned or hereafter claimed by Scope of Transferred RightsThis transfer of rights includes, but is not limited to, all Registered , unregistered, or pendingregistrations, derivatives of the Intellectual Property, terms extensions, renewals, or foreign rightsassociated with the Intellectual Property.

3 For any trademark or service mark rights that are beingassigned, Seller also transfers to Buyer any goodwill associated with such Additional DocumentsSeller has made a good faith effort to list in Attachment 1 the Intellectual Property beingtransferred. To the extent ihat Seller has failed to list such Intellectual Property, Seller willcooperate with Buyer to sign fu*her papers to accomplish the transfer of rights. Seller will alsocooperate with Buyer in the processing of any Intellectual Property applications, registrations, orprosecutions and will sign any further papers required to evidence,this contained in this Agreement shourd constitute or shall be construed as constituting apartnership, joint venture, agency or contract of employment between the parties' their associatesor associated Agreement of PartiesArterations to this Agreement are only valid if they are recorded in writing and signed by bothparties.
