2 CONTRIBUTION TO COSTS - Cheque: Payable to Embroiderers Guild . This is to cover the cost of fabric, secure storage, transporting your heart to & from exhibition venues and return post & packing. Please write your membership number on the rear of the cheque before attaching it to this Registration form and posting it 100 Hearts , Embroiderers Guild , Bucks County Museum, Church Street, AYLESBURY. HP20 2QP We will acknowledge receipt - by email. Why are we asking for a handwritten form and a cheque? It is to assist our volunteers who will manage the administration. They will be working from their homes in very different locations so we need to avoid Registration information and contribution to costs being a combination of on-line and by-hand.
