2 CONTRIBUTION TO COSTS - Cheque: Payable to Embroiderers Guild . This is to cover the cost of fabric, secure storage, transporting your heart to & from exhibition venues and return post & packing. Please write your membership number on the rear of the cheque before attaching it to this Registration form and posting it 100 Hearts , Embroiderers Guild , Bucks County Museum, Church Street, AYLESBURY. HP20 2QP We will acknowledge receipt - by email. Why are we asking for a handwritten form and a cheque? It is to assist our volunteers who will manage the administration. They will be working from their homes in very different locations so we need to avoid Registration information and contribution to costs being a combination of on-line and by-hand.
3 In this instance. Having a written Registration document complete with a cheque attached is the simplest and most effective way to create the Project database. However, future communications will be by email with copies or summaries posted on the Guild website.
