Klient mo e zwr ci towar w Dziale Obs ugi Klientaw sklepie stacjonarnym ikea na terytorium RzeczpospolitejPolskiej. Dokonuj c zwrotu Klient zobowi zany jest okaza :orygina paragonu lub faktur VAT (w formie elektronicznejlub papierowej) lub kart ikea FAMILY (wydan naterenie Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej), o ile dany zakup zosta zarejestrowany przy jej u Zasady opisane w niniejszym Regulaminie nie stoj na przeszkodzie dochodzeniu przez Klienta b d cegokonsumentem w rozumieniu art.

Je eli jednak ikea podejmiedecyzj o przyj ciu takich towar w, zastrzega sobie prawo dopotr cenia kwoty odpowiadaj cej zmniejszeniu warto ci towar weryfikacji stanu zwracanego produktu, o wysoko ci kwotypotr cenia zdecyduje pracownik Dzia u Obs ugi Klienta w sklepiestacjonarnym Zwrotowi w ikea nie podlegaj :a) karty upomnikowe i refundacyjne ikea .b) materace rozpakowane (podlegaj wymianie w ci gu 90 dni od daty zakupu na podstawie Regulaminu 90 dni na wymian materaca zakupionego w ikea Retail ),c) produkty na indywidualne zam wienie Klienta (blaty, panele cienne),d) towary zakupione w Dziale Sprzeda y Okazyjnej,e) artyku y spo ywcze,f) ro liny,g) tkaniny oraz artyku y zakupione na indywidualne zam wienie z us ug szycia i haftowania) na podstawie Regulaminu wiadczenia us ug przez ikea Retail sp.

6 Z o. o.,h) towary zmodyfikowane przez Klienta,i) warto rabatu udzielonego na podstawie regulaminu promocji,j) artyku y zakupione w ramach umowy Postanowienia ko cowe:1. Tre niniejszego Regulaminu jest dost pna na oraz w Dziale Obs ugi Klienta w sklepachstacjonarnych Zmiana warunk w Regulaminu pozostanie bez wp ywu naprawa i obowi zki Klienta nabyte przed wej ciem w ycie zmianRegulaminu. Zmienione warunki Regulaminu zostan udost pnione na stronie oraz w sklepachstacjonarnych Niniejszy Regulamin obowi zuje od dnia towar w zakupionych przed 08 kwietnia 2019 maj odpowiednie, poprzednie regulaminy zwrotutowar w dost pne w Dziale Obs ugi Klienta w sklepachstacjonarnych ikea oraz na stronie Inter ikea Systems 2019 Returns Policy of ikea Retail Sp.

7 Z General provisions:1. Under this Policy the goods purchased from ikea RetailSp. z ( ikea ) in the territory of the Republic of Polandcan be returned within 365 days of the date on which the goods were delivered or picked up, regardless of how the purchase was made (in store, online, or by phone).2. The Customer can return the goods to Customer Service inany ikea store in Poland. To return the goods, the Customershall produce as proof of purchase: the original receipt or VATinvoice (either in electronic or paper form), or an ikea FAMILY card (issued in the territory of the Republic of Poland) that hasbeen used to register the The provisions set out in this Policy shall not preclude therights that the Customer is entitled to as a consumer withinthe meaning of art.

9 This means that the Customer hasthe opportunity to try and test the goods in home conditionsbut shall not use ikea shall refund the above-mentioned goods in thefollowing manner:a) in the case of goods unused and originally packed, asreferred to in section hereinabove, returned within 365 days of the date on which the goods were delivered or picked up using the original payment method;b) in the case of the goods referred to in section :i. returned within 14 days of the date on which the goods were delivered or picked up using the ikea refund returned within the period of 15 to 365 days of the date on which the goods were delivered or picked up using the ikea refund card:c) in the case of goods that have been paid for with an ikea electronic card (a gift or refund card), Sodexo vouchers or in the case of replacing the above-mentioned goods purchasedin instalments (without amending the respective instalmentsagreement with the Ikano Bank AB (publ.
