1 RELEASE, WAIVER AND DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT IN CONSIDERATION of allowing my child / children (named below) under 7 years old to be permitted to enter the 2017 FORMULA 1 Singapore AIRLINES Singapore Grand PRIX event and premises ( Event ), I hereby agree to the following: 1. I hereby release, waive and DISCHARGE Singapore GP Pte Ltd and their directors, officers, agents, servants and employees (hereinafter collectively referred to as Releasees ) from, and covenant not to sue the Releasees or any of them for, any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or in relation to any loss, damage or injury including death, that may be sustained by me or my child or to any property owned by me or my child, howsoever caused.
2 2. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) that they may suffer or incur arising out of or in relation to, directly or indirectly, my child s presence and/or behaviour in the Event and whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. 3. I further expressly agree that the foregoing release, WAIVER , DISCHARGE , covenant and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. 4. I am fully aware and acknowledge that: (a) Any person under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised at all times by his or her parent or guardian who must also hold a ticket; (b) Motor racing and certain activities associated therewith (including without limitation, support races) are dangerous and accidents can happen and that there is a possibility of an accident causing injury, death or property damage or loss, and accordingly, I and my child/children attending the Race do so at our own risk.
3 (c) The risks associated with attending or participating in the Event include but are not limited to the risk of hearing damage and suffering harm as a result of motor vehicles (or parts of them) colliding with other motor vehicles, persons or property; (d) The Event may involve danger and risk to me and my child s or children s personal safety; (e) I am responsible for all children under my care; and (f) All persons regardless of age must have a valid Ticket to enter the Circuit Park. _____ _____ Signature Date _____ _____ Name of parent/guardian Identity card/passport number _____ _____ Name of child/children Date of birth of child/children * Whatever that applies to parent(s) will also be applicable on guardian(s)
