1 REMOTE PICK-UP REQUEST . Please read the instructions below and complete the attached form to arrange a PICK-UP of your shipment from abroad. Please note: Only customers holding a valid FedEx Express (International) account should complete this form. The timeframe for the pickup depends on the local procedure and package readiness at origin. I f the pickup REQUEST is accepted, it is your responsibility to alert the sender that FedEx will be collecting the shipment, all necessary paperwork is ready and they are aware of the billing account number. 2 Step 3: Contact the sender to confirm FedEx will be collecting, confirm they have all the necessary paperwork and advise them of the billing account number. What happens after I submit the form? Once your form is received FedEx will enter the information into our worldwide booking system and e-mail you a reference number. We will contact your sender to arrange the collection - normally within 72 hours of receipt (you may also give the reference number to the sender and REQUEST they contact their local FedEx office to facilitate the collection). Once the package has been collected we will advise you of the FedEx International Air Waybill number.
