Request Donor Card - Red Cross Blood

1 Request Donor Card 10/20/2011 1 of 4 1. Log in to the Donor web account. To Request for a Donor card, select Request a new Donor card. 1 Request Donor Card 10/20/2011 2 of 4 2. The Request a Donor Card page is displayed. Only a Donor can receive the Donor card, therefore verify the Address line 1, Address line 2, City, State, and Zip code is correct. Edit the fields accordingly to update the information. Type the Donor s address in the Address Line 1 field. Address Line 2 field is optional. 3. Click in the City field. Type the Donor s city in the City field.

The Donor receives an email confirming that the Donor card has been requested. 8
