5 Online electronic Applications in prescribed format for below mentioned works are invited by Mission Director, State Water and Sanitation Mission from applicants with proven relevant experience. 2. The Government of Maharashtra has entrusted Mission Director , State Water and Sanitation Mission (the authority, hereafter) the task of Execution of following Single / Multi-Village Water Supply Schemes under Jal Jeevan Mission in the State of Maharashtra. The Request for Empanelment (RFE) document is available on the e-Tendering The aspiring contractors will have to download RFE from the website mentioned above. The contractors have to submit application along with technical and relevant documents online within the specified period. Contractors need to pay EMD amount as mentioned above online or in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised / Scheduled banks in India.

7 4. The contractors should upload the documents in readable form, contractor should take trial of uploaded documents by taking printout. The unreadable documents will be treated as null & void. The remaining documents will be evaluated. The decision of opening authority regarding this will be binding to all applicants. 5. All rights are reserved by the Mission Director, State Water and Sanitation Mission to reject any or all RFE proposals without assigning any reason. 6.
