2 The Tilenga oil and associated gas development (PROJECT) is located in the North-East area of Lake Albert in Uganda, and covers the elds in EA 1 and EA-2 major development surface facilities (SITES) include the followings:a) Central Processing Facility (CPF) with integrated facilities b) Well pads (around 30) and its piping networkc) Accommodation camps and storage areas in Bugungu and Tangi or in the vicinityd) Victoria Nile River crossing (piping and ferry crossing)e) Water Abstraction Area and pipeline (from Lake Albert to CPF) with dedicated Pumping Stationf) Support infrastructures (roads, airstrip, helipads etc.)Main services shall include: a) Prime movers and trailers for in eld land transportation of drilling equipment between CPF or Tangi support base and well pad locations,b) Provision of prime movers and trailers for rig move services from well pad to well pad c) Truck towing servicesd) Provision of Lifting and handling services including equipment within CPF and Tangi support basee) Provision of mini bus services ( 4WD , 2WD) and pickup vehicles for personnel transportation between project locations within Tilenga area f)

3 The equipment to be handled and transport includes TOTAL E&P UGANDA s material, as well as its contractors and their subcontractors material, required for onshore well construction and maintenance Minimum Requirements to participate in the Prequali cation process: a) Must have a Health, Safety & Environment Management System (HSE MS), Quality Policy and related procedures in compliance with international standardsb) Have at least 5 years experience in providing similar transportation and lifting/handling services c) Personnel shall be trained and competent to safely operate the lifting, handling and transportation equipmentd) All lifting, handling and transportation equipment shall be provided in compliance with international standards e) Financial capability to perform the SERVICESf) Current registration to; or application to be registered to.
