1 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTForVIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMPROPOSAL NO. Philadelphia Parking Authority3101 Market Street -2nd FloorPhiladelphia, PA 19104-2895 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSAny MAINTENANCE or repair work must not impact the parking revenue control system integration with the video surveillance system. The selected proposer will be responsible for any cost Xerox incurs if the integration is lost or impacted by MAINTENANCE and/or repair work to the video surveillance system. 24hr/7day response as required, based on call into the call center and then selected proposer must be in possession and provide proof of a current Genetec certification as both service provider and solutions provider for the duration of the MAINTENANCE contract with the selected proposer must maintain an agreement with Genetec for a Software Support (SSA) for the duration of the MAINTENANCE contract.

2 This must include any software upgrades or patches or firmware applicable to the Authority s CCTV selected proposer must be in possession of a current Axis camera gold partner certification and maintain this accreditation for the duration of the support contract with the Authority. selected proposer must provide the ability to remotely access / support the CCTV network without traversing the Authority s production network. (Wireless modem access preferred). selected proposer must demonstrate complete understanding in writing of the existing system(s) including but not limited to any and all third party interfaces as well as the system design and selected proposed must perform Preventative MAINTENANCE Inspections (PMI) to be undertaken on a quarterly basis.

3 It will include cleaning, lubricating, and adjustments to equipment as per manufacturer documentation. It is also applicable to software patches, and any other upgrades pertaining to the CCTV selected proposer must have the ability to contract and hire the Authority s parking revenue control system vendor (Xerox) as a sub-contractor for repairs and updates to the Video Integration Module (VIM) as necessary. The Authority incurs no cost for MAINTENANCE agreement Video Surveillance SystemTechnical RequirementsPage 1 of selected proposer must provide 24x7x365 call center with the ability to dispatch a service technician with call selected proposer must guarantee the following response times based on the severity of the service call.

4 Call - The call must be responded to within 3 hours on same business day as the service call was - The call must be responded to within 2 business days of the service call being selected proposer must enter / have in place a service contract with all manufacturers of equipment including but not limited to fiber converters, camera power supplies, cameras, etc., as long as it is related to the capture and storage of video. This does not include pre-existing coaxial cabling within the main building and also running from the main building to lanes at the Main Plaza and fiber to the Economy lot cameras.

5 Selected proposer must enter into and maintain a service contract with Dell Computers for the service of the Authority s CCTV servers, network switch and hard drive arrays for the duration of the MAINTENANCE contract with the selected proposer must maintain an onsite inventory of at least 1 of each type of camera that is on the Authority s CCTV system. This inventory must be accessible by the Authority s staff and will be periodically audited for THE SELECTED PROPOSER MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO HAVE ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FIBER CONVERTERS, CAMERA POWER SUPPLIES, CAMERA DOMES AND CAMERAS IN EXCESS OF THE ON HAND INVENTORY DELIVERED TO THE SITE AND INSTALLED WITHIN THREE (3)
