6 MILSTRIP isimplemented in chapters 3, 4, 7, 8, 11, 12,and 16; MILSTRAP in chapters 5, 10, and15; MILSTEP in chapter 13; DAAS in chap-ter 14; UMMIPS in chapter 2; DODAAD inchapter 9; GFM in chapter 16; and MAPADin chapter 11. This regulation affects the lo-gistics operations of all Army activities fromthe direct support level through the wholesalel e v e l . T h i s r e g u l a t i o n i s u p d a t e d s e m i a n -nually by two formal changes on 1 May and1 Nov, to simultaneously coincide with theformal changes made to the DOD militarystandard System regulations and directives.
