4 BSPallowsticketissuancein circumstanceswherean Airlineis suspendedone currencya billingwill be producedfor eachcurrencyfromthe BSP( BSPA irline ) the moniesdue to the handledaccordingto the applicablepro-cedureswithinResolution850 ,Attachment F . WhileIATA s instructionto AgentsunderResolution850 SETTLEMENT THEREMITTANCE mentF paragraph1(c)(ii)(b)to settledirectlywiththeDATE suspendedBSPA irlinedoesnot relieveAgentsof anypaymentobligationsto the suspendedBSPA irline,theThe provisionsof this Paragraphgovernthe dates,andNoticeof irregularityanddefaultactionprovisionsof theirfrequencies,by whichBillingswill be settledbyAgents39 THEDITION,1 (a)Agentsshallsettleall amountsdue in respectofClearingBankunderthe provisionsof , the remittanceshallbe madeby the Agentso as tochargesdirectlywith the ClearingBankbeforeits closeof businessonthe first subsequentday whenthe ClearingBankis (a)(i)Wherean Agentreceivesa billingin morethanfor business;one currencythe Agentis obligedto remitin the currencyof the AgenthavingmorethanoneApprovedLocationsu bjectto the sameBSPmayapplyto (b)ISS Management,followingconsultation,(whichM anagementfor authorisationto remitmoniesdueonincludesreceivingcomment sfromthe localJointAgencybehalfof all suchApprovedLocationsthroughoneLiaisonWo rkingGroup),may requirethe Agentto providedesignatedofficeof the Agentto the ClearingBank.

5 Themwith the NOTICEOF IRREGULARITYAND an authorisationformas may be prescribedby them,DEFAULT permittingthe ClearingBankto drawchequeson, ordebitthe Agent's trustaccountor otherbankaccount,Theprovisionsof thisParagraphgovernfailuresbyin favourof iata ,or the institutiondesignatedby ISSA gentsto adhereto the reportingandremittingpro-Management,in paymentof all amountsdue to BSPceduresset out in to inclusive, Agencycan be servedwithNoticesof Irregu-larity,or be declaredin Default,as (c)Whenthe Agentintendsto changeits bank(s),ormayalsobe liablefor (s),the AgentshallgiveISS Managementcircumstancesfor this may include:30 days' advancenoticeby certified/registeredmail,orcertifiedlett erwithreturnreceipt,or in countrieswhere OverdueRemittanceor Chequeregistered/certifiedmail is not availableby use of regular DishonouredRemittanceor Chequepostageand e-mailas appropriate; Failureto Remitin BillingCurrency Accumulationof the (a)the AgencyAdministrator's actionsdescribedinThe Conferenceshallestablishthe standardfrequencyofthisParagraph,in respectof the non-receiptby theAgents' RemittancesundersuchBSP,and theseare asClearingBankof Remittancesby the due date,shallnotshownatAttachmentA.

6 TheRemittanceDatewill beapplywhenthe AgencyAdministratorcan determinethatcommunicatedto all agentsparticipatingin Agenthad adequatelyundertakenall of the Agentshallremit,by the RemittanceDatetheremittanceprocedures,an dthatsuchnon-receipthadamountspecifiedon the Billingfor the RemittancePeriodbeencausedby , exceptionally,the (b)Conference,or the Assemblywhereso delegated,receivedsuchBillingby the RemittanceDatethe Agentmayprovidefor variationsfromBSPto BSPin respectofshall:the sanctionsapplicableto suchfailures,and any (a)on the RemittanceDate,remitthe amountitsvariationsshallbe notifiedto all Agentsin the relevantrecordsindicateis owingin respectof suchRemittanceBSPs,and incorporatedin the relevantprovisionsof thePeriodor, in a directdebitsituation,the amountdeter-applicableBSPM anualfor ISS Management, (c)for the purposesof this Paragraph, (b)immediatelyuponreceiptof the delayedBill-AgencyAdministratorissues:in g, remitany shortagebetweenthe remittancemade a demandfor paymentorpursuantto (a)aboveandthe immediatepayment,oramountof the Billing.

7 A demandfor (c)if the Agentfailsto remitany suchshortageand/orimmediatelyit shallbe deemedto be an overdueremit- accountingand settlement,tanceand Irregularityand Defaultproceduresshallapplythe deadlinefor the ClearingBank's receiptfor suchfromin accordancewith Agentis the closeof businesson the first day it isopenfor businessfollowingthe dayof the (d)if the extentof the shortageis suchas to leadAdministrator's Managementto believethatthe Agentattempteddeliberatelyto circumventthe (d)A Noticeof Irregularityor declarationof defaultwillthis Section,ISS Managementshallinstructthe Clearingbe in writingand set out the specificcircumstancesgivingBankto debitthe Agentfor ClearingBankchargesrise to the Noticeof irregularityor a resultof the includedin the ClearingBank's nextBillingto shallbe due and payableby the Agenton theRemittanceDateapplicableto suchBilling;The Conferencemay,subjectto the provisionsset forthinthis Resolutionandfollowinglocalconsultation, ( the ClearingBankis closedfor businesson theincludesreceivingcommentsfromthe localJointAgencyday on whichthe remittanceis requiredto reachthe39 THEDITION,1 JUNE2018 Resolution832 Section1 LiaisonWorkingGroup),implementa programmeof (b)If paymentis not receivedon demand,therecoverychargesto be leviedon AgentsundertheAgencyAdministratorshallim mediatelynotifyISS Man-followingcircumstances:agementand the Agent,and shalltakeDefaultActionwith respectto all Locationsof the Agentin accordancewith (a) (c)in additionto anyactionprescribedin this(i) for excessivevoidingof StandardTrafficDocuments,Subparagraph,th e AgencyAdministratorshalldebittheas establishedfromtimeto timeby ISS Manage-Agentfor costsincurredas a consequenceof the late orment,in consultationwith the LocalCustomerAdvis-dishonouredpayment.

8 Ory Group Passenger(LCAG-P),and publishedinthe BSPM anualfor Agents, (d)if it is establishedthat suchnon-paymentor(ii) for any otherfailuresto complywith BSPproceduresdishonouringis due to a bonafide bankerror,as providedandinstructions,whichgenerateadd itionalcosttofor in , and settlementof all amountsdueairlines;is receivedon demand,the Noticeof Irregularityshallberescinded; (a)(i)the levelsof suchchargesshallbe determinedby the Conferenceor, whereapplicable,the (e)if it is subsequentlyestablishedthat suchnon-fromtimeto timeand,thennotifiedby ISS Managementpaymentor dishonouringis due to a bonafide bankerror,to all Agentssubjectto the Planand publishedin the BSPas providedfor in , and settlementof allManualfor Agents;amountsdueis received,but afterDefaultActionhasbeentaken,the (b)ClearingBankChargeswithdrawsuchDefaul tand the Noticeof Irregularity,ifrecordedin accordancewith ;ClearingBankCharges,whichshallbe in the amountdebitedto ISS Managementby the ClearingBankas (f)if, subsequentto an Agent's relinquishmentofresultof the Agent's failureto remitas accreditation,that Agentfails to remitany moniesdue,will be increased,if applicable,by an amountto compen-it shallbe heldto be in default,and the provisionsofsatefor any extraeffortsincurredby ISS suchfailure.

9 Andshalltherebycausethe terminationto be amendedto oneof (c)Billingand Settlementof remitin BillingCurrencysuchchargesdebitedto Agentsshall,exceptas may,wisespecified,be includedby ISS Managementin its firstif the ClearingBankdoesnot receivea remittancein thesubsequentBillingto the Agent/Locationconcernedandsamecurrencyas billedto the Agentin the correctshallbe due and payableby the Agentby the Remittanceamount,the ClearingBankshallimmediatelyso adviseDateapplicableto ,forthe AgencyAdministratorwhoshallthereupondema ndthe purposeof (b), be deemedto beimmediatepaymentfromthe Agentto the correctvalueofpart of all amountsowingby the Agent;theticketedcurrency,includinganyCl earingBankchargesincurredand shallthen; (d)Notificationof (a)sendto the Agenta Noticeof IrregularityinwhenISSM anagementis requiredunderanyof therespectof the Locationconcerned(or, wherethe Agentprovisionsof this Sectionto debitan Agentfor charges,ithas beenauthorisedto remitthroughonedesignatedshallsimultaneo uslynotifythe Agentand Locationcon-officeunderthe provisionsof (f) all ApprovedLocationscoveredby suchauthorisation).

10 (b)if paymentis not receivedon demandin the ClearingBankdoesnot receivea remittancebilledcurrency,the AgencyAdministratorshallimmedi-due by: the RemittanceDate,or immediatelyon receiptatelynotifythe Agent,and shalltakeDefaultActionwithby the Agentof a delayedBilling,a remittancein respectrespectto all Locationsof the Agentin accordancewithof a shortageas providedfor in , or ,an instrumentof paymentreceivedby the (c)in additionto anyactionprescribedin thisto effectsuchremittanceis dishonouredon or aftertheSubparagraph,the AgencyAdministratorshalldebittheRemittan ceDate,the AgencyAdministratorwhoshallAgentfor costsincurredas a consequenceof the late orthereupondemandpaymentfromthe Agentincludinganydishonouredpayment,Clea ringBankchargesincurredand (d)if it is establishedthat (a)sendto the Agenta Noticeof Irregularityindishonouringis due to a bonafide bankerror,as providedrespectof the Locationconcerned(or, wherethe Agentfor in settlementof all amountsduehas beenauthorisedto remitthroughonedesignatedis receivedon demand,the Noticeof Irregularityshallbeofficeunderthe provisionsof (e))
