9 If such documents are received by the ClearingBank after such deadline, the Clearing Bank shall soadvise ISS Management which shall treat this incident asan instance of late-reported transaction. If, as a result ofsuch late reporting of the transaction or of any otherfailure on the Agent's part to adhere to all applicableRules and Procedures, the relevant Member/Airline isunable to collect the transaction amount due, the Mem-ber/Airline shall charge the loss to the Agent that issuedthe Traffic Document by means of an Agency non-BSP transactions, the Agent shall follow theinstructions of the Member.
