General 1. New regulations shall be adopted from time to time as the management deems necessary.

2 Such regulations shall apply to all rights of burial whether purchased prior or subsequent to their adoption. 2. Unleashed pets will not be permitted at any time. 3. Conveyance of burial rights may be made only on forms prescribed by this cemetery. 4. All work on grave repair, removals and memorials will be completed in such manner as necessary for the orderly operation of the cemetery. Decorations 5. The cemetery management reserves the right to landscape each section according to a carefully prepared landscape plan. Planting of live flowers directly above the headstone is permitted.

3 The maximum planting area is 24 inches by 10 inches. Please check with office personnel regarding where it may be installed. 6. Grave decorations are limited to two fresh cut flowers bouquets in an approved flower cone placed directly in back of the grave marker. No artificial decorations are allowed. Wreaths, Grave Blankets, or Topiary Balls made of evergreen boughs may be placed on the graves from Nov.

4 15 to Mar 15. Material other than red ruscus, pine cones and ribbon, used to decorate the wreath, blanket or topiary ball, will not be permitted. Decorations cannot exceed the boundaries of the grave. Clean-up 8. Clean-up of all decorations is March 15 and October 15. Section 2B has four clean-ups per year. Notices will be posted two weeks prior to the clean-up. 9. Indoor mausoleum clean-up is March 15. Memorials 10. Grave memorials to be placed in this cemetery must be of granite and will be set flush with the earth s surface. Memorials must be flat on top and bottom with sawed sides and top edges pencil round a minimum of one quarter inch.

5 11. MOMUMENTS WILL BE PERMITTED ON LOTS DESIGNATED AS A MONUMENT SITE. 12. All carvings, inscriptions, epitaphs, etc., must be approved by the cemetery. Attached photographs are not permitted on any memorial. 13.
