1 road Hazard Protection Effective September 7th 2016 Pneus Lavoie Distribution will offer road Hazard Protection on certain models of Vanderbilt ,GT Radial , Cachland , Marshal , Nitto , Hemisphere and Haida Passenger, High Performance H , V , Z and P metric light truck tires provided through our wholesale division. This Protection policy covers tires not used for commercial application, is valid for a period of 4 years from the date of purchase, non-transferable, and applies to tires that are non-repairable. For tires that qualify for the road Hazard Protection Pneus Lavoie will charge the following replacement amount of $10 for Passenger, $20 for High Performance and $25 for P metric light truck tires in addition to the prorated amount calculated based on the remaining tread depth.
2 * The first 2/32 nd will be guaranteed 100% and replacement is free of charge plus replacement fees above . The adjusted tire must be forwarded to Pneus Lavoie complete with your original customer invoice. Without complete documentation the tire will be returned and the adjustment denied. What is not covered? 1- Damage due to improper installation or removal of the tire, 2- Damage caused by improper inflation pressure, tire run over or underinflated, 3- Tires used for racing, or rally driving, 4- Improper repair, 5- Use of sealants, or filler materials, 6- Intentional modification to the tire, 7- Abuse of the tire (example: curbing, chemical damage etc.)
3 8- Punctures that are repairable may not be claimed for adjustment. 9- All Light Truck LT & floatation sizes ex. 10- Any tire used for commercial application.
