Were the techniques used to achieve the tasks appropriate and carried out as planned? What adjustments need to be made in the future? o Participants. Were responsibilities clearly defined, and were those assigned to carry out specific tasks fulfilling their responsibilities? o Timeframe. Were the tasks completed in a timely manner during the course of the academic semester, and is the timeline realistic? 3 To what extent has the completion of the particular task made a contribution toward the Project s overall goals and objectives? Determine modifications needed to ensure that Project SSSTRONG s implementation strategies are successfully completed within the stated timeframe. Review data to assess the effectiveness of Project SSSTRONG s strategies and progress made toward established Project objectives Recommend changes in Project SSSTRONG s strategies as needed to promote student success and institutional effectiveness. Review documentation of learning and integrating promising and best practices as they are implemented (or institutionalized) into college operations. Ensure that all TCCD stakeholders engaged in student success initiatives are also engaged fully in Project SSSTRONG .
