2 After blocks are lowered, stand clear while elevatorsare as directed in inspecting Drilling line, whileDriller is raising blocks are raised to proper position, assist inusing air / hydraulic hoist for installing safety as directed in tightening drill pipe safety valveto the proper make up torque (do not put tongs onopen / close area of drill pipe safety valve).Stand clear while blocks are moved to the properposition for installation of block hanging Derrickman, in attaching harness / bosun schair to air / hydraulic s should be rig manager is required on thefloor when using bosun s fall protection, 100% tie offand avoid pinch issues maychange position of drill that proper liftingtechniques are pinch points and stay outof Drillers hands clear while line isspooling on full open lifting eye forhoisting safety pinch points and ensurefloor is clear of trip safety valve is in theopen position.

4 Operate cutter from theproper side (closed/pump side).Assist in storing cutter in pulling Drilling line off drum and guide lineout V-door / beaver tag line is manned byqualified Derrickman s feet andhands are clear of catch Derrickman s feet andhands are clear of catch pinch points and storeguards in safe pinch points; ensure100% tie off. Use proper pinch points; ensure100% tie off. Use proper pinch for burs / for burs / wickers, coverline proper PPE, Full-faceshield and avoid pinch pinch for burs / wickers andavoid pinch points. 5 Properposition for installation of Drilling line in installation of Drilling line in attaching snatch block to fast line and raisewith air / hydraulic hoist to keep proper tension ondrilling line while spooling Drilling line on with removal of snatch block and air / hydrau-lic line is slipping through anchor adequate communications from rig floor todrilling line stand / anchor area (use mechanicalassist to feed line off of Drilling line spool).Watch for burs / wickers andavoid pinch for burs / wickers andavoid pinch for burs / wicker s andavoid pinch points. Use properhand tools to remove for overhead for burs / wickers andavoid pinch points.

7 Pay attention to hand signals and verbal directionfrom the block hanging line is disconnected from topof the blocks and placed in stored in lowering Derrickman to proper position,paying attention to hand signals and verbal in removing air / hydraulic winch from harness/ bosun s chair and store with removal of drill pipe safety valve. Lift drillpipe safety valve with air / hydraulic Driller in checking crown-o-matic for propersetting on first stand of OF PROCEDUREI nspect all clamping devices onanchor (brass inserts, anchorbolts and nuts) tighten toproper torque in sequence (usetorque wrench). After initial tripin re-torque anchor directly to tag line is manned byqualified Derrickmans feet andhands are clear of catch line on air / hydraulicwinch properly to verbal Derrickman s feet andhands are clear of catch under Rig pinch points and ensurefloor is clear of trip safety valve is in theopen position.
